Food was seasoned well and the drinks were delicious and playfully. Our waitress was amazing too. The peach in the risotto was cut way to large but that's the only downfall I found andni know I'm just being picky lol

I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the servers, the bartenders, the hosts, and the management - this is just an awesome place, atmosphere, and dining experience all around. I was in San Antonio for work for 6 days and dined here 3 times. Highly recommend the Dope As Me cocktail, Brussel Sprouts, and Lamb Chops. If you live in the area, this should be a regular on your restaurant rotation list. If you're visiting, I highly suggest you stop in!

Enjoyed a delicious meal at Bar Loretta. It was our 1st experience and our server, Amber, took good care of us.
We enjoyed a Como Cuando & Junebug to start and then straight to entrees. The Tomatillo Shrimp and the tenderloin were fantastic & very filling.
We look forward to our next trip there.

One of the best meals I've ever had. Besides the two pics of lamb chop entree and truffle mac and cheese, we had 3 appetizers: polenta cake with balsamic reduction and mushrooms, tots with caviar and rock shrimp. And peach crisp for dessert.

Discovering bar Loretta was a great way to start our visit to San Antonio. We enjoyed meals prepared by a San Antonio top-rated chef, starting with Cumin Dusted Rock Shrimp followed by Seared Salmon Tinga & Peppered Beef Tenderloin.
NOTE: Leave room for one of the fabulous desserts, they're delicious
The place is trendy & was full, ambiance was busy, friendly, welcoming & relaxing, & our server Ricardo was knowledgeable, interesting, efficient & friendly. Loved the background music & felt for a moment as if we were back in Italy at a sidewalk bistro in Rome. Loved this place & will definitely recommend it to others.

I am so glad Bar Loretta opened up in SA! The vibe and aesthetic are great, it reminded me of eating in Manhattan! The food we ordered was really good but there were a few dishes where the quality could be improved. I would say the food quality over all ranges from good to great. Our table ordered a couple entrees and shared them which allowed us to taste a variety of the options. Menu is priced right and the service was fantastic! Drinks were great! I will be going back but def. call ahead to make a reservation.

INCREDIBLE! Probably one of the top 3 meals I've had in Texas! Started out with three appetizers that were recommended by the owner that actually came by and visited our table. Polenta was amazing, chicken livers were perfectly prepared with an incredible sauce, and the tater tots with caviar left me with a loss for words.
I had an old-fashioned but my other guests tried to of the 9 signature Manhattan's featured on their drink menu. My other two guests had the quinoa and the salmon. The crispiness of the salmon was to die for! I elected for the beef tenderloin cooked rare +. It absolutely did not disappoint!
The meal was capped off by two desserts both of which were scrumptious! The entire meal had all of the sophistication of a Michelin star restaurant in New York city, but the comfort of a neighborhood restaurant on downtown SA! If you fancy yourself a foodie, or you just want to have a good meal with a great atmosphere, you CANNOT pass this place up! Tell Roger Nick sent you! Cheers!

Last weekend, I was trying to see if Bar Loretta was open yet and even tried to reserve through Google Maps unsuccessfully. This week, I heard that they officially opened so I quickly booked through Open Table yesterday for tonight’s dinner.
There are multiple outdoor seating areas, which were great! We had drinks to start - I had The Old Soft Shoe which had a mix of pineapple and coconut and my friend had the Junebug vs. Hurricane which was similar to a strawberry 75. Both drinks were strong and turned out fantastic. My friend decided to try the Butter Roasted Scallops with corn souffle, roasted red pepper soffritto for her meal while I had the Herb Crusted Lamb Chops with chardonnay raisin risotto and sour cherry demi. Both our dinners were phenomenal and the sour cherry demi sauce made my lamb chops taste amazing. I didn’t finish my meal to make room for dessert. Grandma Edna’s Peach Crisp drew us to try it because of the cherry ice cream. Sadly, they didn’t have the cherry ice cream and had the typical vanilla ice cream. The peach crisp was pretty good but hopefully next time they’ll have the cherry ice cream.
Superb dinner for their first-week opening! Devon did a great job serving us tonight! Highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!
