My husbands chicken strips were under cooked we quickly told the waitress who said she would let her supervisor know the manager came over and explained that they cook the chicken 8 min ???? 8 min isn’t a very long time to cook chicken. My issue is they never offered to remake my husbands food or take the undercooked meal off our bill. All though I do appreciate the manager acknowledging that he saw my husband picked over his food and knew he didn’t enjoy it or eat it his resolution was to offer us 10% off on our next visit and a free dessert. We’ll pass. I’ve been here before and the food was good but they completely missed the bar today

Excellent food, Azia the waitress took great care of us and attentive. I had a rum punch which was strong. The catfish basket was delicious with Cajun fries. And we for 2 different boils. And you choose the seasoning and heat level. The seasoning was excellent.
What stood out to me was the cleanliness from the restaurant to the restroom. We will definitely be back

Extremely friendly staff, barely had to wait on our food which is a plus and the music …. Nothing but early 2000s r&b and rap which we loved. Most importantly The food was .. amazing. 10/10 would recommend

This was my first and last time at this place. I purchased a pound of shrimp and a pound of snow crabs. I don't like that they give you a bag of grease. See picture below. The seafood tastes like water and was overcooked. Me and my friend order a drink and it took us to ask for it a second time. The place was not pack so I don't understand why we finished our food and still had no drink. When received my bill and saw that they charge by the half of pound for each item which was not on the menu. I am not tripping about the price the service was not good and neither was the food. This is just my experience! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Highly recommend! Food was amazing no complaint at all it’s our new favorite spot. Price was also really reasonable and not overly expensive like other places around town. Service here was also great, everything was hot and expedient, we will be coming back soon. Oh and very clean as well!
Came back a month later with family during slow times on a Monday. Was completely empty but was still told it’d be a 20 minute wait. We leave our information waiting for a call for over 45 minutes. Finally we go and eat somewhere else, two hours later and still no call. Maybe we will try one more time but this is a horrible experience
Update(3/12/22) came back in, great service, fire food. No complaints will be coming back again for sure!

I visited the location around lunch time with my sisters . We were immediately seated and serviced by our waitress Monique . Monique took our drink orders & appetizer order and we received them quickly. I ordered the hush puppies & fried calamari. The hush puppies were delicious with the boom boom sauce . We ordered our entree , the juicy special & sides of steamed rice . Everything was fresh and full of flavor . Also , we ordered the Cajun fries & wings . All our meals were largely portioned and delicious.

The Juicy Crab was everything. The food was amazing, fresh and hot to order. Ms. Kiara was our waitress and she was so professional and helpful on our first visit here. I recommend The Juicy Crab if you are in the Williowbrook area.

First time eating here. Food is good, slightly over salty. (My opinion) I had the #11 on the menu. I probably won't come back again. I love seafood, yet I'm partial to 7Spice over this place. ????♀️

This place is very clean, and the ladies here are so nice an pleasant. The food smells awesome. Mama T is so nice and helpful , service was Great. I love the customer services here, the manager comes around and talks. Love it. The Food is flavorful, the pictures does not do it justice.

This is one of, if not my favorite place to get seafood boils. I’ve tried all of their seasonings except old bay. Cajun & Lemon Pepper are my favorite! I usually order online & pick up. There’s plenty of parking. I usually order the “Hungry Feast” but this time I ordered the “Juicy Cruise” special. It was good, & I’m so glad they clean their shrimp! I just wish I got more than the garlic butter. It needed a little more flavor!
