You definitely get a good portion and they don't skimp on the toppings. Very pleased with the presentation, portion, and overall taste. The French fries were golden and crispy, but could have been a better fry in my opinion. A thinner fry would work better than the thickness of these. Despite that, I will be returning to try out the other options.

If you looking for a casual outdoor eatery to enjoy with family and friends where the popular side dish of the hamburger is elevated and celebrated as an entrée, this is the place for you. I enjoyed their Philly Fries and looking forward to try their other dishes. I strongly recommend you go there on an empty stomach.

Delicious fries. They managed to make French fries into a full meal and it will not disappoint. The service was great and owner was friendly.

They have several different options for loaded fries, with decent prices, and friendly staff! Make sure you try 1 of everything, because everything I've tried has been delicious!

Ordered the Bayou Fries for about $17. Came out quick and fresh. The fries were nice and crispy. There were decent chunks of shrimp and crawfish. It was also very cheesy and creamy! Overall, I thought it was delicious!
There is seating nearby which is spacious. I ordered to go however since it was a bit later. I hope to come back earlier next time and try some other food on the menu.

Let me tell you....this place here is good. They take fries to the next level. And the boudin egg rolls are awesome too. I'm coming back.

I really like the idea and the food at this place they are very generous with the toppings on the fries you order. I gave it 4 stars because they gave me less sauce on the fries the last two times from the first so I have to ask for extra sauce to get the same quality that I received in the past. It's all good I'll deal with that as long as the taste doesn't change I'll keep coming.
It's a little bit of a drive From Conroe, Texas so please don't change anything up on me.
These are my two favorites here and a must try the Chicken Alfredo Fries and the Chicken Boudin Egg Rolls.

First time trying after a long time trying to make it here. The HCB Fries are awesome. Lots of flavor with chicken, BBQ sauce and ranch. I also tried the pork boudin egg rolls and I will say thats the only thing I didn't care for. They weren't what I expected at all and I didn't like the taste and my friend didn't either. But overall I would retracing them out for sure.
