Spacious, can easily find a table, and there is easy street parking nearby. The food was okay for the price, not sure if I would go back. There are probably better options in the area.

Celebrated 35th class reunion with a few friends last week. It's also the 1st week of HRW so we decided to try out the spot. It's downtown so parking was a little tricky. I was pleasantly surprised with the free metered parking after 6:00 pm.

We started the evening with do cocktails. The Watermelon Basil and Lychee Martinis were delicious. A few of my friends ordered the Thursdays Night steak special. You get a 10oz ribeye, pasta and a ceasar salad. My friends plates were clean so I'll say they enjoyed their meal.

The rest of the gang ordered from the HRW menu. We ordered calamari, pork belly, shrimp cocktail and the tomato and mozzarella salad. All of those appetizers were good. For our entrées we ordered Salmon, Chicken Picatta and Pizza. We all enjoyed our entrées as well. Our dessert selections were Cheesecake and chocolate cake.

The only con during the evening was the service. It wasn't the worst, however it certainly could have been better. I will say our waitress was really sweet.

All in all we had a good experience and I would recommend this spot.

The ambiance, the service and especially the food were amazing. If you are in the Houston downtown area, check out this place!! The watermelon basil martini was top tier, not forgetting to mention the pepperoni pizza, house salad, and the chicken pesto pasta!!????

I visited this place on Sunday June 5, 2022 morning for brunch. It was a nice looking place, didn't care for the scattered Astros decorations cuz I felt like it took away from the setting of the restaurant. I was told the owner owns the Astros so that explains it, but it's tacky to me. Anyways me and 3 friends went so their meals are pictured too. The menu changes often so it's not the same each time you go which is cool. We got the pastry board which was alright for frozen pastries in bulk. Their honey butter and "berry" jam was good but didn't know what berry was in there. I got banana nut bread French toast. Idk what I was thinking when I read it on the menu but it wasn't good, not terrible; SUPER sweet and more of a dessert in my opinion. A big hunk of bread w/whipped cream and caramel sauce with a ripe banana on it cut lengthwise eh. It didn't come with anything so I was disappointed but the presentation was nice. A friend got the pork chop which tasted of oregano to me, but was juicy. One got the funghi pizzetta and added chicken, meat was bland but the cheese was pretty good. The 3rd got shrimp pesto with penne pasta and chicken and limoncello bread pudding. It was ok nothing special, the meat was lightly seasoned but dry...it was chicken breast though. The pudding was softer than what I'm used to and I'm not a lemon fan.. Overall it was alright, I'd MAYBE go again. It was like a fancy diner to me????????‍♀️

Looking for a place to eat prior to going to an Astros game and found Osso & Kristalla.

Ordered Texas Shrimp Linguine and my son had the Chicken Piccata. We reached had a slice of Italian Cheesecake for dessert.

Food was alright, service was decent, prices were a bit high for the what you receive. But it’s the closest restaurant to the ball park, so I’m assuming that’s why they can charge what they do.

Not bad if you want to go at before everything the stadium or have time to kill before a game.

Had my bride proposal brunch here and it was great! There was an initial misunderstanding but the manager made sure to make amends in the end. Definitely coming back, we all enjoyed our time here. Affordable meals with strong mimosas!

Went in looking for a new brunch experience, the service was excellent. We sat at the bar like always and we were greeted by a wonderful bartender Maricela. She made us an amazing margarita and some other specialty drinks. I had the short rib and eggs on the brunch menu and it was amazing. I was a little skeptical since I am not a fan of short rib but I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely have to come back. ????

A very nice restaurant with very good food. I had the braised short rib. The meat was incredibly tender and vet flavorful. Also had the bread pudding for dessert... again very good. The only downsides were that the service was a bit slow and that the noise level was quite high. It was difficult having conversation and our waitress was having trouble hearing us when we were ordering. Still, I would go back again.

Was a really nice hybrid between casual and upscale.

We were lucky to get a table after Astros last Friday.

Party of four, we ordered a prosciutto pizza and truffle fries to start. Fries were on point nice and hot not overly seasoned on the truffle side.

Pizza was an absolute surprise. Amazing thin soft yet crunchy crust. The sauce was so flavorful, was like a really light tomato basil that would go on a pasta.

My wife has the Cast Iron Roasted Texas Shrimp Salad. It looked really good, no lettuce just other veggies. Nice change up.

I had the Berkshire Pork Chop and I was so happy with this choice. Haven’t enjoyed a dinner out like that in quite awhile. Pork chop was hot, tender, and the peppercorn lacquer was a game changer. Sitting on basically mashed potatoes was the perfect combo.

Had 2 espresso martinis which just rounded off everything perfectly. This is a hell of a date spot.
