I moved to Houston 14 years ago and I Always wanted to try this place .
Today I went , what a mistake .
I arrived at 4:00 thinking that I will be paying $15+ for a good steak and meal … we paid for 4 people almost $70
By entering you can see how filthy that carpet is … greasy , oily .
The smell is a bit disgusting honestly .
Food time: we wasn’t welcomed they are some girls in the front that of course are doing their job as a cashier because they don’t act like nothing else .
We couldn’t find the plates quick , plates are in one side and the buffet in another side .
Food looked sad and generic , not hot at all ( -and we arrived at 4 to make sure that the food was fresh) . It’s many food residue for other food on top of each other .
Chicken dry and cold
We went to eat meat , but it’s just cheap sausage and pork … pork it’s cheap and low quality meat ..so I don’t eat it
The only “meat “ they had , was a chewy “steak “ I told the cooker medium and he has to ask me 3 tiene showing me the meat because he didn’t know what’s “medium “ so I ended eating a “medium rare “ food at the end was placed in the trash it was literally disgusting , they have SO MANY flies inside the place and one of them landed on my salad .
No one was happy in our table .
I must to say people inside that place trashy as the place itself .
A woman was literally beating her 3 kids that were screaming nok stop and running around like wild animals … this is exactly what this place attract because they don’t have rules for their visitors.
A witnessed a lot of crossed food contamination . Cold food , oh ! The pie was frozen !
The ice cream is water literally and they don’t even have disposable forks ms spoon for the dessert you must eat the dessert with the same dirty fork that you ate salad and other food .
I went to the restroom, and the smell is awful .. 4 toilets , 2 of them urinated and the other other fecal matter oN it .. toilet paper on the floor and a disgusting smell that I wanted to vomit .
This place is by far the worst food buffet I ever been (and I go to eat everywhere ) .
I will never understand how a Bussines can run on filth? They make good money to have well clean looking employees and clean installations . Highly NOT recommended

I love this Golden Corral! You are only as good as the managers and other employees, and I believe this place is very well run. The food selection is awesome, in my opinion. The employees work very hard to make your experience there extremely pleasant!!

Come in on a Friday @11am. Food was hot and place was clean. Staff was friendly. Could use a few more ppl on the wait staff.

I do not recommend this location. I went to this location recently and they gave me, my wife, and my daughter undercooked chicken. I showed the Manager on duty the chicken and she said “Im sorry about that “ and walked off. The head cook over the kitchen gave me ONE free Buffett ticket for us to come back but we can only visit that location only. I would never go back there and don’t recommend it. I ended up sick for a week from Food Poisoning, a clinic confirmed. This place should be shut down and a Health Inspector should investigate this location.

I come to this location all the time. Don't know what was going on, but it was HOT in the restaurant. Don't know if AC was out. Salad bar was very mediocre, missing some toppings, grill stationed was hardly manned. Waitress was serving tables and then would go and sit down at a table near the wall to eat her food. Then not wash hands and get up and start serving guest. I had to get up and take my empty cups to drink station to get refills. Sad experience.

The first thing that I want to address is that they do NOT give military discount. It is advertised and promoted but when you ask they say no. This location is also filthy and there is a horrible mildew smell near the bakery and drink machine. The food is disgusting and unseasoned. Even the ice cream was terrible. HOW do you mess up soft served?! Our waiter was a light in a dark room though. He was very polite and joyful.

this place is horrible and nasty! workers were very rude, plates were dirty and also glass cups, had to ask for plastic untensils and cups, however we had no waiter or waitress, our table was piled up with plates no one came by to greet or check on us for refills or anything , I actually went to the back to pour my own drink, I had a convo with the manager t to let her kno what was going on, & she was no help either just dumb founded.. never again will I be back,

My wife found a used medical bandage baked.into one of her rolls, totally ruined her dinner and.made our dining experience really bad.
