This place by far is amazing
Great atmosphere, comfy seats, vibe was good.
Dee was an excellent waitress!!
The sauces was well mixed in with the food.
12/10 would def come back soooon!!!!

I give it one star because from what I could see it was clean and neat. May because they’re only two customers.
I can not rate the food because I left. The service was horrible. When we walked in, no one was at the initial greeting station . There were two employees standing a few feet away at the cashier station. Nobody said welcome to “crafty crab I will be with you shortly”. They totally ignored us . I finally went to the two employees and I said excuse me, is this where you order to take out? (at this point I did not want to stay there and experience any additional bad service but I did want some boiled seafood) they said nothing. Then I asked again but louder and she put her finger up and said yes hold on. We continued to wait for quite a while, we finally left. I understand there may be times when they may need to finish closing out a register or accounting money, but, I should not have had to initiated a conversation. I refuse to spend my money at a place that doesn’t even acknowledge me when I walk in the door.

There are signs at the door and on the menu no refunds or exchange in food is given. “Read the menu before you order” clearly printed on the menu.
At first I wasn’t sure why they would feel the need to post a comment in direct opposition of good customer service. My first choice: gumbo - apparently not available. So order the shrimp headless for $19.99
Well, they mean what they say about reading the menu. What is printed is EXACTLY what you get. Lemons and condiments are charged. A single corn and single baby red potato comes with 12 shrimp steamed in a bag. I ordered “The Boom” and Fire hot. Salt was the main ingredient with garlic as the next ( I love garlic- it made it edible)
My friend had snow crab and shrimp. Literally when they say 2 clusters they mean it. They don’t disclose they are SMALL clusters with only 2-3 legs. Not worth the $30.
The waiter was hard working and nice. I asked for no concessions and paid the +2$ for lemon and butter.
Lame American beer options: millet, bud, michelob ultra. Wine options are: Woodbridge.
I ordered grey goose and soda - definitely wasn’t grey goose and if it was, it was masked by the 99% club soda.
There are better places to eat and have a cocktail with your Cajun boil. Try them first.

Great spot for food and drinks. Piña-colada and they have flavored ones like strawberry, mango...same with mojitos. Becareful with the seasonings: was wearing a white shirt with a bib on when I took the bib off had spots in the center of my shirt.

I went with my friend and her son. I was trying to impress them. Each of us ordered one seafood boil or the other. Food tasted good, but not well seasoned. The worst was the slow service. It took for us to eat. We wanted to order more stuff but had to leave.

2 stars for service. I wish I could give a separate rating for the food which is always great, but the service is just horribly slow. Our waitress was Beth. She and the other servers have this look of “I don’t wanna be here” written on their face. It took forever to get our water or anything else that we asked for and the restaurant was Not busy. I was eating my food before I got my lemon drop that I ordered when we first sat down. Literally the slowest bar tender ever. The hostess, however was very nice and professional. Just grab your food to go!!! Also the waiters hang out in front of the restaurant and one was even smoking weed on the side of the restaurant when I left. She may have been off, I don’t know but was still in uniform, hanging out smoking. Again, get your food to go! Lol

I was here on 04/24/22 this was my first time trying this place and it was pretty good! The young man that waited on us was awesome not sure what his name was but he definitely enhanced our experience! Food was great my only thing is that the spiciest sauce they had was not spicy in my opinion. That’s when I realized this chain is not from Texas. Other than that everything was good and I’ll be back soon!

Loved this place. Much better than LA Fisherman. The place and restrooms were clean, our waiter was very honest and knowledgeable, and the food was excellent. I had the green mussels and clams. Hubby had the seafood basket. All cooked perfectly. Will be going back. Mmmm good!

Seafood choice is great. I had the seafood plate in the small size. I got it on the garlic butter mild spice flavor. The small size is actually decent size maybe even for 2 because I struggled and shared my plate. Flavor is great just wish they hadn't raised their prices on some stuff. That's why this place was a fave but now I might have to stick to 88 boiling since they're more decent on price and just as great on the flavors. So I rate it a 4.2

First of all let me start by saying I am a crafty crab fan however I’m currently at the location in Houston on I 45 and much to my surprise I am 100% dis-satisfied. While my heart was set on having the delicious scallops that I’ve had on the westheimer and 290 location this location is not worth the visit . They proceeds to bring me out some scallops the size of a nickel (picture attached ) not only were they the size of a nickel they were Luke warm.
In addition to the scallops we ordered chicken tenders that were bland and it taste like plastic. The crab boil looks like red lobster crabs that were not well seasoned. My advise is if you’re looking to go to the crafty crab DO NOT go to this I-45 location.
