Really bad experience today (Kirby location)....I almost always order frozen margarita. That's my drink. I do not understand how on Saturday at 2pm on Labor Day weekend you run out of margarita. The management was really nice. They offered to buy me a drink but I ended up paying for both my drinks, which is ok. When there is only one bartender the service tends to suffer and that was true today. Also , I noticed that my food was in the window to be delivered and multiple people ignored the food until finally someone brought me my food. The food should be brought to the customer immediately, I would think. I come here alot and my experience is usually very good, but this time really bad.

Every time I have the chance I would go and grab the swiss mushroom burger. Great ambient and the servers are nice. If I lived close by, I would do the Wednesday night steak, also my favorite.

Food is AMAZING, But the music is EXTREMELY loud, even when you are eating at the patio. You can hear the music + the tvs sound at the same time at the same volume, it’s crazy… My head was ready to explode!
But trust me food deserves 5 stars.

Last night me and some friends met in midtown and came in to enjoy karaoke and a few drinks, we have been in before and have usually enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. First I’d like to point out that our service was great, we got a waitress we’ve had before while we sat on the patio and everyone else was friendly and very lively, but I was very shocked and a bit grossed out when I noticed that the staff was scrapping gum off of the tables with screw drivers and steak knives!! The restaurant had a decent amount of customers at this time and I even heard a table bring it up to the manager, not sure what that take away was but when I wanted to ask why they were doing that my friend told me she heard the manager telling the employees since they had down time they needed to scrape the gum. While our waitress was very attentive and friendly I had a hard time getting over the fact that they had to use knives we get in our silverware to do it and I lost my appetite for the fried pickles we had ordered. It seems very wrong to do that kind of routine maintenance during business hours especially when there are customers in the building. My one star review is by no means a reflection of the waitstaff and the service, but it’s going to be a while before I come back or use their utensils since I now know when in a pinch they are used to scrape gum and god knows what else.

The past few times I've been here the waiters/bartenders have been super attentive and our food has been great!
Also, there's some really good happy hour deals here.

This place is just a short walk from my house. I've been here three times now and had a pleasant experience every time. This last time I had a cheeseburger, 1/2 fries & 1/2 onion rings for the side, and a couple LIT'S. Everything was good but the onion rings were amazing.

I ordered chicken fried steak which was crunchy and had good flavor. The mashed potatoes were also good but I would not get the jalapeño Mac and cheese again and would not recommend it. It didn’t taste very good and the texture was strange and disappointing especially given how much I love Mac and cheese. Our tables were sticky but the restaurant itself looked very clean and was pretty empty considering it was dinner time. They weren’t able to make the drink I wanted/ was craving which was also disappointing but understandable. The waitress was attentive but not overly friendly. There are games inside for those that want to play, including guitar hero. There is seating by the bar, throughout the restaurant and in areas that are more open to the outside. Parking can be a little difficult during peak hours, it’s limited on the street surrounding the restaurant.

I got the bacon bacon burger, it was good I added one of my onion rings and then also BBQ sauce to it. Onion rings had no flavor or seasoning. Don't recommend them. Wife had chicken fried chicken, Mac and cheese and fries. Chicken was okay and fries were good. Mac and cheese shame said was garlicky but she still like it. Server was good didn't get her name, she had nose ring was very nice. Nice butt. . . :)

Went on a Sunday for brunch with a friend around 1/1:30 and it was my our first time visiting. Our waitress was nice told us about the menu and made suggestions. The orange mimosas were really good I recommend everyone get them!
My only problem was that it took FOREVER for our food to come out and it was SLOW! There was like no one there which pissed both of us off wanna say it took at least 45min for our food to come out. I was honestly ready to leave but we said we’d give it another few min. We ordered calamari for our app and we both got burgers. Our app finally came out and I’ve had wayyy better. It was a bit tough and not seasoned for $10 freakin dollars I was extremely disappointed and irritated. Not worth it at all.
The burgers however were great we both enjoyed them I got onion rings instead of fries and it was delicious. Honestly the burgers, mimosas and our waitress saved y’all from getting a 1 start rating. Service shouldn’t be that slow if it’s pretty much dead. May return for the mimosas.

Showed up on Karaoke night and I wasnt dissappointed at all. The whole set up of the location is comfortable and laid back. The only downside to this location is the parking. Parking here is horrific, i drove around the nearest 2 blocks 7 times attempting to find a spot somewhere. I ended up paying 10 bucks to park in a lot a few blocks further away. Back to the good news, the food!!! The food made the parking frustration disappear from mind instantly. The fries are crisp and the pork was seasoned so well it made me feel like I was eating my grandmothers cooking. I highly recommend this place, but plan for parking issues before you leave.
