The pizza here was amazing. Staff was all friendly. Nice, laid back atmosphere. We will definitely be going back.

Chicago Italian roast beef! Yum! Gotta get the sandwich dipped or you ain’t authentic! Yes they dip the whole sandwich if you ask! Side greek salad was basic. Cheezy french bead was good. I will return

1/5 only because the dj was on it tonight. The pizza was disgusting. I don’t usually spit out my food when I don’t like something but I couldn’t keep chewing. The calzone… I think I’m in a bad acid trip. The pizza couldn’t have been this bad.. like I spent $35 on a pizza and calzone and the only thing good was the dj playing dance music. I do not recommend. Please don’t go. The crust was like old cornbread dough and cheese and meat was under cooked. I’ve never had such a bad pizza in my life & I’ve had school lunch pizza.

Very disappointed in the service. The young lady was hard to hear, she didnt understand when i asked her for peppers then forgot them, had to remind her. The sodas tasted bad so we just ordered water. She then tried to charge us for the drinks. Smh.... i dont mind a whole in the wall place but this place should be more than that. It has the makings of a good place but very outdated n run down booths. Face lift badly needed and some better lighting would be nice. The whole time we were there someone kept changing the songs playing mid song, very annoying. BUT the food was real good. I will still come here for the food and I hope the service improves.

We were craving dipped Italian beef sandwiches and we were completely satisfied with our decision to eat here. We live in the neighborhood and pass by a lot, but until tonight we had never stopped in. This place just became a regular spot. The sandwich was killer and the pizza was well above expectations. A real Chicago style deep dish. I will be back.

I honestly don’t understand why people leave bad reviews on these waitresses they are young and trying their best overall this place is great, i just want to be able to personally let the owners know that they are doing a great job , food is amazing staff I love them I will say the blond hair girl she’s a bit lazy when I had her I had 1 drink taken to me and that was it now the manager is absolutely great he’s always on top of everything helped me out when I need assistance now there two other people that I always get I don’t remember names but ones with glasses and other had red ish hair , every Sunday when I would come they always treated me the best two sweet hearts always working hard over all great staff I just feel like these waitresses need some Recognization hopefully I can come back soon I’m missing that chicago style deep dish !

The Italian Beef was good, giardinera was sweet tho. Pizza had a good flavor. Got the Chicago Heat and Chicago Classic half & half at the suggestion of the waiter, who was awesome. Crust was pretty puffy and doughy, but had a good flavor and crunchy outer texture. Probably not so traditional to a Chicagoan but closest you'll find, and really good eats with great service, and what's more Chicago than that? Vibe is great inside too... DJ right now is spinning house music ????

A little family owned quirky restaurant but mighty! The service was fantastic, I can't wait to go again! We shared the italian beef sandwich & were impressed! I recently went to Chicago & had pizza there and I've been craving it. My boyfriend is from Chicago and he approves! I'm so excited I can get the same food in Houston, this definitely hit the spot! Keep up the fantastic job????

The service started out rocky, the waitress seemed nervous to be helping a party of 10. She seemed confused by our drink order and confused when we wanted to order 3 pizzas on my brothers tab and 2 pizzas and fries on my tab. The quality of the food made up a ???? on this review, the pizza was very good.

Went to Chicago Italian Beef & Pizza to check out Thursday Night Football and get a quick bite. Had the porky fries which were delicious and was pleasantly surprised about their $2 beer special. Don’t know how long this will last but can’t beat the beer prices if your checking out TNF or SNF.
