IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I ORDERED FOOD FROM THIS PLACE AND FOUND NASAL DEBREE AND HAIR IN MY FOOD. THANK GOD IM 1 THAT CHECKS FOOD BEFORE EATING. I RETURNED THE FOOD AND DEMANDED REFUND. THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I WANTED REFUND FOR SUCH DISGUST. HE KEPT TELLING ME TO BE QUIET BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT HIS CUSTOMER TO HEAR THE TRUTH. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS NASTY PLACE. U HAVE BEEN WARNED.

First time coming here and I ordered the house special fried rice. As soon as I opened the container I knew it was going to lackluster. This was the blandest fried rice I’ve ever had in my entire life. Luckily I asked for soy and pepper sauce because GAH, I might as well had been eating air. Then I’m given the flimsiest plastic spoon I’ve even seen which scooped up absolutely nothing.
I had to go back in, ask for more soy sauce and a useable spoon. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to give me a different one although I’m sure she probably knows the cutlery they give customers is useless.
CHANGS, if your going to charge 17.00 for fried rice, the least you could do is give it SOME kind of flavor and a working spoon….

I ordered pick up for dinner and surprisingly enjoyed it. I was a bit weary on ordering from Chang's because of the subpar reviews even though it's very close to my house. My order was just coming out of the kitchen when I arrived about 10 mins after placing my order over the phone and the food was still piping hot when I got home. We had the house special tofu, crab puffs, and fried chicken wings. I added a little spice to the house special tofu and it was so good. It had lots of veggies and the tofu pieces were large triangles. The crab puffs were also fantastic. You could see bits of of crab and onion which is nice because these days most crab puffs are only cream cheese. The fried chicken wings were crispy and served with a side of sweet chili sauce which is my favorite way to eat them. I'll definitely order again from Chang's after having such a great take out meal from them.

Customer service at this restaurant is bad. I simply called about my order I placed. An older man picks up talking to fast, I had to simply ask him one or two questions about my order. I say the customer is service is bad because when you haft to tell someone over the phone kindly to please let me finish what I had to say is not good before you jump to conclusions. If you don’t have the patience to listen to your customers please look for another job.

We ordered food to go for the first time today. We ordered shrimp fried rice, crab puffs, and two veggie egg rolls. The food and service and service were both average. The crab puffs were fried a little harder than I prefer and didn’t taste like crab.

First time here, was very impressed with the layout of the restaurant. Very quant and quiet great for dates. To go is an option.. plenty of space for parking. The food is amazing! Freshly made and large shrimp in the shrimp fried rice no long wait and amazing food.

First time here today and the food was delicious! We tried the chicken and broccoli and their hot and sour soup also had the house special chicken noodle soup. The portions are good and the prices are pretty reasonable. We will definitely be back! Its a must try, their cheese crab puffs are so flavorful

Had the Garlic Shrimp on my visit. Shrimps were large and everything was flavorful. The veggies were not overcooked... Good textures. The sauce was a bit thicker/starchier than I expected but not bad. The eggroll was good. I'd typically get white rice with a dish like this, but I wanted to try the fried rice. The fried rice was mostly soy sauce; nothing special but not bad. The hot tea is just the cheapest bag of jasmine. Always a little sad when it's not a loose house blend but oh well. I went at 7p and the service was great.
