Ate here about 4 or 5 years ago and told my wife about it. Finally made it to this part of town to introduce her to Champ Burger. Food is delicious and is so refreshing to get away from the fast food/national chain burgers and sandwiches.

The best FRESH burgers I've had in a long time! The are big and flavorful. I just wish they were open on weekends as well.

Been going here since 1978 getting them burgers….It's just a good, big, greasy burger. Coming back home from my service in the Marine Corps I started working for Stewart & Stevenson on Harrisburg Street and I got the opportunity to enjoy the food again for lunch. Harrisburg Street has changed big time but Champ Burger remains serving great food. Definitely worth going to satisfy your taste buds… enjoy people!!!!

Best burger, steak sandwiches, fries and grilled cheeses in town. Always great! I just got a specialty sandwich called a grilled Swiss cheese and mushroom sandwich. I hope it get added to the menu. It was fabulous. It’s my new go to favorite!

I moved to Houston from Chicago a year ago, and this just reminds me of home. Old school burger joint. Really good burgers, fries, onion rings, etc. staff was also very nice. Probably the best burger I have had out here yet, and the onion rings were not drenched in grease. Would 100% recommend.

This burger was worth we ever penny!
I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. This place is cash only and the staff was extremely friendly.

Anytime I want a good burger and fries I know exactly where to go. Never disappoints. Love the food and service. They even have an orange dreamsicle shake which is delicious! You can never go wrong with Champs!

Dang good burger. Fresh ground meat really shines here on a 1/3 lbs patty.. Patty is pressed thin but it's very wide. Bacon costs a bit more but they put more on than any other place I've seen.

I’ve been going here since 1997, when I first join the Houston Fire Dept. From Fire Station 18, we would call in our order for breakfast and they would have ready and right. Today I got to share it with one of my sons who are following in my footsteps. The quality of food is still top notch. The breakfast sandwich was amazing. The burgers are great also after rounds of golf or just for lunch. It’s a family owned business and as soon as I walked up they recognized me. They were gracious as always. Thanks for the great food!!!
