They pick up the phone and up on you. I am trying to call you see if my package is there, instead of walking. Called 6 times. You can hear them pick up and hang up

It’s great but my only issue is that they never have a cook at all they had one at one point then he was gone and they still haven’t got anyone else other than that place is a good little spot friendly workers there is one guy in there that looks like he don’t like being there.. other than that everyone else are nice and cool

Everything's pretty good here, I gave 2 stars because the hours are not correct, I've gone there twice now when it says it's open and no one is there and store is closed, takes the employees an hour to show up for their shifts. I've showed up twice, different occasions, once at 730 no one showed til 830. Then when I first moved into Vaseo went on a weekend at 8/830 no one showed for an hr as well, all am shifts.

As a current resident of Vaseo, I cannot begin to explain how convenient the hot spot is! They have a great selection of drinks, fountain drinks, food, candy and everything in between! The staff are always very friendly, and it's super helpful for me to pick up my packages there (since packages previously went to the resident services building towards the back)! I also like that they have extended their business hours, have plenty of seating so you can get some work done, and it gives you a shortcut to the main pool! The only reason why this is a 4 star review is because the prices are a tiny bit higher than circle k's prices. Also there is limited parking at the front of the store. Otherwise, this is a great asset to the complex!

A friend raved about their food. I tried their pizza, and the whole family liked it. I found my new pizza joint for the family even though I don't live in the area.
The employees were friendly, and everyone seemed like a regular.

Super convenient, employees are all friendly and helpful, prices are a little higher than circle k, but it is more convenient and also feels much safer. Hot, fresh cooked food like pizza, cheeseburgers, tacos, and more are made to order and are very good.

Twice now I have a slip a package was delivered but it’s not there. I don’t know what to do. Plus she yelled at me. Alex seems to be the only nice one there.

Editing after their comment, the old Indian lady yelled at me after (apparently) withholding my package from me. Fortunately I got it from the younger girl. Old Indian chick got fired I think so it’s all good now:)

Extremely convenient and clean. They have just about anything you might need real quick. Plus they have hot fresh food made to order! The people that work here are amazing! Very helpful and nice. Let's be honest it's Phoenix that's hard to come by.

I have never had any problems here, I've lived in the complex for 2 years and tonight I was appalled at the lack of service provided. It was only 945 PM and the store hours are open until 10pm. The new employee working there had already locked the doors prior to my arrival which was at 945. I along with 7 other neighbors who had shown up were all locked out of the store, while the new employee chose to mop the floors and ignore all of us. She finally walked up to the door and told us they were closed. which we all said this has never happened to any of us who have lived here for years. Every single other employee here NEVER locks the doors before they closed. The sign says hours of operation are from 6am-10pm. You should never ever treat customers who are also residents where you work the way this lady treated us tonight. Your 945pm customers are just as important as your 6am customers. I am extremely upset and aggravated that she had the audacity to do such a thing, just because she wanted to get out of work. You never close your doors early as an employee.... it is not your business and your just turned away 7 customers!!!!!!! I cannot believe this new employee rather turn away customers and upset them. rather than do her job and keep her doors open until 10pm according to the hours of operation. It was so extremely rude and I hope I never see this woman here again. This is not the first time she has been rude within her first few weeks working here. She has given a lot of attitude to a lot of customers. I am friends with many if the residents here and they have also all voiced their concerns about her lack of respect for her customers. I have never been so mad and I have never written negative reviews before but this was completely unacceptable and I really do hope the management does something about this because as a resident here, I do not appreciate being treated this way after living here for 2 years. She is completely in the wrong and there is a large number of residents who also agree. I'm sorry to leave a bad review when I generally love the service I get here, but something needs to be done about this woman.
