The food and our server (Yvette) were both excellent! I had a blackened swordfish sandwich with a side salad, my son had chicken and waffles and we shared some fries. All were cooked just right and arrived with right amount of pace. Our server checked in on his regularly was super friendly. Check it out, it's dub.

Service was awful. No one came back to the table after dropping off water until we went and found someone. Took a considerable amount of time for the waitress to come by and check in once food did arrive. She refilled the water glasses from a pitcher held a foot above the table so that water splashed everywhere. There’s a 20% gratuity built into the check though so what did she care.

Limited menu but good food. Very friendly staff. Nice outdoor dining deck. We were allowed to have our dog on the deck while we ate. A popular spot frequented by the locals

Ate a late dinner here while visiting friends in Philly and the fried pickles are maybe the best I’ve ever had. Crunchy, big slices. We got salads as well that were very yummy. Really enjoyed the service and food here.

Tried the fried chicken and waffles and the guava margarita. So, so good! The rest of my group had the burger, shrimp and grits, fried pickles and wings. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their choices. We definitely will be returning soon!

Their food was really good. We had the Cuban pork sandwich which I really enjoyed and the loaded pierogies. They were good too.
On our second time here we had the chicken cutlet sandwich that was excellent.

A really nice little place. This was our third time, though we hadn't been there since before the pandemic.

Luckily, the food was still great and there was a good selection of beers available. I had a nice New England IPA from Thin Man in New York this time around. Went well with a very tasty Crabcake Club Sandwich with a side Caesar Salad. I loved it. Thick cut bacon, nice tomatoes.

My son really enjoyed his Cubano sandwich with pulled pork, ham, and cheese. He raved about the mustard sauce on it. My wife's Buffalo Cauliflower Caesar Salad was also very good, though she thought it to be pretty spicy - I did not, though. YMMV.

We ate outside at a picnic table, though there was also deck and indoor seating available. A lot of staff working the place - very attentive. Perhaps not what you'd call a real value deal joint, but we found it well worth the cost. Three meals and one beer cost us around $55 total, pre-tip.

I highly recommend it.

Really good food at an unassuming bar. The vibe is unique but familiar. A staple dish to have is the biscuit and jam. If you have vegitarians in your party they will definitely find delicious options on the menu. Even the drinks menu has something for everyone. We went for lunch and it was so worth it.
