I ordered churros with dulce de leche - they gave me chocolate. The churros were also not fully cooked. The chips were stale and they gave us this tiny bit of salsa for $5. Horrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.

Try the Churros for dessert !
If you like tacos (even if you don't) ...you have try em !!

Pleasantly surprised! Took a chance on a hot day after Franklin institute. Had the fish tacos with lime glaze and a mushroom kale taco. The fish taco was definitely much better and the chips and guacamole were great! The chips definitely tasted home made and were hard to stop eating. White sangria was strong but delicious! Would go back for sure. Easy, quick, and quite good!

The customer service is horrible ! They ignore you! We asked for the happy hour specials and they legit did not respond ! I order a burrito and it was only filled with chicken and rice nothing else I asked for. When I asked them to remake it they told me the chef was frustrated and it would take to long to fix and just gave it back to me. I will never be eating or drinking there again. This is not the first time either ! The staff was all high as a kite and didn’t care at all ! You don’t even get any sauces or anything!
No refund or anything.
This is by the art museum !!! I will never go back !!!

Bueno Onda, visited this place with my mom for the first time, and I would definitely be going back soon. Firstly, the staff was friendly and greeted everyone as they came in contact. Everything was clean and staff was fast with attending to tables. The strawberry margarita was flavorful and strong. They do have indoor and outdoor seating with a summer beachy vibe. Ordered the fried shrimp and fish tacos which came out hot and crispy ! Next time I would definitely order and try some additional foods but I was so eagered to try the tacos !

Let me start by saying I actually really love Buena. They usually have great fresh food and I never usually have issues when dining in or taking out. But tonight….. different story. I don’t know what it is about the Sunday night crew but they all need to either be retrained or find a new job. I came in tonight wanting some nachos , so I ordered and I was told the wait for my takeout order would be 10 to 15 minutes. I waited 25-30. All as I watched the crew eat chips out on the floor , text on their phones , laugh and joke with one another . The food actually did come out in 10 to 15 minutes , I just didn’t know it. As the crew focused on having social time , laughing and almost screaming in the restaurant , I got up after a while because I knew it had at least been 20 minutes to see if I missed my name and any of the existing bags on the counter were mines. When I asked for my order the crew preceded to eat their chips while trying to find my food which was right on the counter and sitting there for 10 minutes . Okay so the service was terrible , and then I get home to eat and all the cheese on the nachos is just all bunched together, the chips were burnt , the shrimp was chewy and almost inedible . The food was just so gross and it was so disappointing after watching a bunch of teenagers play around while my food is being be prepared and just waiting for me get. Super disappointed and I know as soon as I seen anyone from tonight’s staff , to not even bother ordering. Super unprofessional experience .

DELICIOUS, satisfying, fresh and fantastic service! My daughter and I were walking around forever trying to find it as my phone died. Finally got there, they so nice. I had the tofu (vegan fish) tacos which were awesome! My only wish is that I got more. We also got a side of rice & beans which was perfect - tasty, not too salty, just fresh & delicious. We also got the caramel churros which were perfection! The man who took our order was so nice and brought the bag out to the car for us. We will be coming back every time we are in Philly! Thanks!!!

Buena Onda has a cool, sunny, vibe with comfortable seating inside and outside. The food is good: basic tacos, quesadillas, margaritas, and not too expensive. Fish taco was “great” and the quesadillas was small but fine. It’s not table service so you have to go to the counter to order so it’s pretty casual. There’s outdoor seating in addition to the indoor seating. The strawberry margarita was not very flavorful but it was strong!

Tried Buena Onda on a whim since other restaurants were booked for the night. The food was okay. I ordered a shrimp and chorizo taco, chicken taco and churros. The food doesn't really seem authentic, but I did like the churros the most.
