Had at the food festival yesterday after waiting 45mins ran out of sides but still had to pay full price woman taking the orders was disgustingly rude to paying customer for no reason lacks complete customer service and I wanted to use them for catering but not with her. Ribs were full of fat didn’t even fall off the bone and they had just took them off the fire pit. Chicken was okay had better. Was not worth the wait at all.

I ordered a 1/2 slab of ribs from their food truck today at Eakins Oval during a black festival. I want to make it clear that I am a white single man that lives in a 99% black neighborhood in W. Philly. I waited 30 minutes for my order and saw AT LEAST A DOZEN ORDERS MADE AFTER MINE GET FILLED. On a chance I tipped which would NEVER have done for this TERRIBLE SERVICE anywhere else. I would like to think the color of my skin didn't have anything to do with it, but since my ribs were cold when I got them the only conclusion I can come to my skin. Do not patronize bigots of ANY COLOR.

I wanted to support but honestly I find it sad when I see some business owners charging so much for so little I mean he gave a little bit of food for 15$ also the food is not all that great the chicken was burnt in hard the Mac looked old as well as the greens I was afraid to even eat it…Edit I notice that the food was actually old from the previous customers pics I saw smh never again

Ribs and brisket sandwich were very good from the food truck! Portions were fair given the price, and the service was fast. Can't wait to have it again!

Gave the food a try last weekend 4/24 during the food festival. I definitely had high expectations because the food smelled really good; however it was a bit disappointing. My family and I ordered two platters and a ½ slab of ribs. The mac and cheese to me was a bit dry, the collard greens tasted like frozen greens which lacked flavor. The brisket platter I was expecting sliced brisket, but instead we received shredded meat in sauce (somewhat like a pulled pork). I love a good char, but half of my ribs were too burnt and dry. The food was edible, but I don't think I would say they are The Best BBQ spot in Philly.

Run, don’t walk to this place. I got a pulled pork sandwich with fries and beans out of their food truck. Lord Jesus I swear on all things holy this the food Jesus had at the last supper. My GOD if I ever end up on death row, the food from this place is where I want my last meal to be from. Best pulled pork I ever had.

My Mom wanted some BBQ so I ordered a Rib platter for her. She ordered the hot Ribs w/ Mac & cheese & greens for the sides. The Ribs were good! The sides were bland and not seasoned but you can add your own seasoning... Overall the food is good & worth it, I'd suggest call ahead to order.

Hired Barkley's BBQ for our company event and couldn't be more happier! Food truck showed up and everyone there was super professional. The food was so delicious that my guests kept talking about it for weeks after. They also keep bugging me to ask if they sell bottles of those sauces. Thank you Barkley's for making me look good!! I would highly recommend them for anything!

Y'all this is the best barbecue I've had since leaving the south. Thought it was gonna be another Northern cutesy, bland take on southern food that I could ignore while I scrolled Twitter. I had to put the phone down and use both hands for this. Amazing.

Barkley’s BBQ truck at the Porch. Tried the wing platter, Mac and Cheese, string beans. Wings were a nice size and the sides were good. Look forward to going back and trying other things on their menu.
