Food was very good albeit limited in quantity. Lots of choice via the large menu with several unique choices. Very pricey with more cost effective options in the area. Regardless, I would go back and try other things. Place is very busy but service was very quick. All staff extremely friendly which made it a pleasure to be there. Oh and the place is very clean as well.

This is now in my Top Five when it comes to diners in NYC Louisa was amazing excellent customer service very friendly staff highly recommend this establishment for breakfast straight Situation I’m definitely going to be a regular here..

Very friendly atmosphere. The owners always come out and greet you. The waiters are efficient and knowledgeable. A friend has shell fish allergies both the wiater and the owner explained they prepare the she'll fish in separate oils to the other fish offerings. The muffins and donuts are delightful.

Drinks served in plastic cups????????Cutlery in plastic bag???????? Food mediocre. I had the avocado toast with an egg on top. An egg served on top of cold (and bland) avocado paste will make your egg cold. Not easy to ruin this simple dish but they managed. Very disappointing. But the most disappointing are the plastic cups, which likely end up in landfills. Responsible, green service please! #gogreen????????????

A really wonderful diner that offers great food, great service and reasonable prices. There's a reason why they've been around so long...they earn that right by delivering quality each and every day. The only complaint is their booths are not uncomfortable but when you are sitting on a booth and someone is sitting in a booth behind you and is moving you feel like you're on the ocean during a storm. Less than pleasant.
Otherwise, this is an amazing place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or brunch (any day or night) any time, any day.

The Mansion has a phenomenal menu that features burgers from Ottomanelli Butcher shops, bread including Orwasher’s cinnamon raisin bread for their French toast and about( at least) a hundred other menu items in their extensive menu. I had a delicious basil and tomato frittata and my wife has a wonderful omelet! The service was fabulous and I’m ready to move to East 86th and York so we can eat there everyday! They also have the coolest Halloween decorations on the entire building!

Yummm so good!
The Mansion has a cute little outdoor seating area and indoor seating. Sunday morning brunch seating had a less than 5 minute wait ???????? the egg Florentine was delicious. The hash browns were incredibly good: crispy outside, fluffy inside! The French toast was good as well. They left smuckers syrup on the table but they were very kind to bring real maple upon request for an extra charge.
Can’t wait for it to get cold to try a hearty dinner plate!
