The food here is really good. It is made to order and very fresh and well made. The food is very tasty and seasoned well. There is a wide variety and the price is super fair for the amount of food they give you. I really have nothing bad to say. The Staff were super friendly and helpful. Really hit the spot and the craving was very satisfied. Also they have keto and Paleo options as well as vegetarian. Really great place.

A great place for a quick lunch. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious and tastes fresh and light for a pretty low cost. Highly recommend the roasted beets as well as their homemade zatar potato chips and hummus. (The hummus bowls come with a massive amount of hummus - great to share or bring some home for later).
It’s a pretty small space with a friendly staff, daily specials, and long bench/table styling seating inside (meaning if you sit inside you’ll likely be sharing a table with others). There are a few small tables outside.

Delicious Mediterranean food, quick, friendly service, decent prices for the area, convenient location to union square. Take out, pick-up, order at counter/sit-down options. Appreciable vegan, plant-based and vegetarian, and gluten free options. Found this place as a compromise to get a quick bite for me (vegan) and non-vegan friend. Atmosphere filled with middle-eastern music - in the mood to dance but not loud enough to drown out ability to have an intimate conversation.

LOVED this place. The portions were very generous and the flavors were outstanding. My chicken shawarma pan was big enough to only eat half and save the rest for the next day. We also ordered the lamb shawarma pan and a hummus bowl. I'd say my favorite was the hummus bowl with pulled pork. It was perfectly done and seasoned. Absolutely delicious! I would totally come back.

Always love stopping at taboonette when I’m in union square area. I’m obsessed with their braised lamb shawarma pan with quinoa. soooooooo good. Also tried the (goat cheese) halloumi salad .
