Great Spot, I live in a forest hills but thinking of becoming a member. And not to far away in Bond St sushi one of the best, or Sugar Factory. A must try your gonna love it!

Overall, communication about all the rules at the club is poor (no laptop zones, no cameras in public areas, having to reserve pool beds and you can't even do that if you're not a member). You have to dig through the website to find out all these. I honestly don't understand the whole point of "Soho Friends" (vs Soho House member)— they can book a room but can't do half the things on the property like the Soho House members. Why would I spend so much $$ to stay then? It also seems like staff isn't really educated about the differences of memberships. I had a crazy technical difficulty on my app to apply credit which I understand can happen, but the staff was struggling to figure it out and communicate clearly what they can do for me next to smoothen the process. They made me chase the managers who weren't the nicest. It was just a hassle for me.

I think this place is more for the atmosphere. It was overwhelmingly white. But the service was great and the drinks were good.

I can’t put into words just how incredible the staff at Soho House are! I was welcomed and treated like family instantly. From the high quality of customer service and genuine hospitality, to the authentically positive and warm vibes, to the amazing leadership and management. I am beyond grateful for my experiences over the last two days and look forward to returning soon. I also have to comment on the diversity and inclusion; It is wonderful to have representation and visibility in regards to diversity on every level from management to members. I felt comfortable, seen and valued. Extremely grateful! Much love to the entire team at Soho House!!!

Great compared to the awful experience I had at Soho House Amsterdam. The waiters at Soho House Amsterdam have secretly boycotted servicing members. You can’t get water or even mustard without standing up 8 times. God forbid you ask for your cheque at your table! No House Pay too. Amsterdam branch is a complete shambles which is why they have to keep advertising it on Instagram. I prefer to go to W hotel in Amsterdam where I’m at least served water. I went to the bar to get water in Soho House Amsterdam but they said they couldn’t serve me unless I’m at my table. I’m sitting at my table endlessly...entertaining a group of guests for business...totally f**** embarrassed

Great stay! Beautiful room and excellent service. Evening bar service to the room was fab.
I just wish the food was a bit more interesting across the houses. It’s just so so.
