We had dinner there last night (9/2/22). It was possibly the best dinner we have ever had at a restaurant. Service was perfect. The Cosmo was generous and delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection. A really amazing and wonderful experience. A little pricy but you know that going in so it was not a surprise. You can not go wrong with Porter House

Inside the mall on the 4th floor. The hospitality was amazing. Service is top knotch. The ambiance was great for a work group setting. We had a prestige menu. The filet was cooked and flavored to perfection. The sides of potatoes, broccoli and onion were good. The cheesecake desert slices were enough for a few to share. The views from the windows of the city.

Delicious food for a speedy quick evening. I would not declare it to be anything special but I have yet to try a true steak dinner with them. A proper review to come once I dine here a second evening.

I reserved a table and asked for a window seat and they happily accommodated us. The inside of the restaurant is classy and very well styled. The wine was good, the steak we asked for medium rare but I would say it was definitely more on the rare side, that is my only slight criticism though. Although it was slightly under how I'd usually choose to have it it was beautiful. Charred on the outside which gave it an amazing flavour and it literally melted in your mouth. The only thing that beat the steak was the service, attentive, never invasive and incredibly polite and professional.
I would highly recommend.

The drinks were so, so great! Definitely the star of the show.
I honestly wasn’t wowed by any of the food, but that doesn’t mean it was bad! The ambience was nice, the service at the bar was great! The service at table was average but it could’ve been because it was 8pm and they seemed to be preparing to close already.
They came around with exactly one slice of bread per person at the the table (sourdough or wheat), which was fine. The steak’s flavor was good, just not as fabulous as Peter Luger or other places in their class. Still, it wasn’t a bad meal!

This is rated the best steakhouse in new York and it lives up to its reputation. The service is top drawer, chefs kiss. Not to be missed by locals or tourists.

Beautiful, classy steakhouse overlooking Central Park.
All the standard fixings and sides. But also VERY pricey (somewhat to be expected in Columbus Circle). And while the food was good by NYC standards, it was not a truly great steakhouse a la Lugers / Old Homestead / American Cut.
So 4 stars overall, 5 stars for the atmosphere and service, 4 stars for the food itself, and 3 stars for the value (most expensive steakhouse in the city of the 20+ I’ve frequented).
A great spot for a business meal, however, if you are staying nearby.

I really enjoyed my food and visit. The views are very nice, service is impressive, they have a lot of personal taking care of everything. And most importantly, food was delicious. The swordfish was perfectly cooked. The ambiance was also good, with background music at perfect volume to chat with your party.

One of the best steaks I have had ever! Very exquisite place with amazing service! Yes, very pricey but worth every dollar spent. The wine options were amazing. We really enjoyed the apps as well, got the shrimps, scallops, and the crab cake. Was quite packed for a weekday, so would definitely recommend making a reservation before you go! Must try!

Probably the best steak I’ve ever had. And that’s really saying something. Didn’t make a reservation, we sat at the booths in the bar area right away. I ordered the sirloin and my husband ordered the strip. Both were incredibly fantastic. Service was terrific. Next time we will definitely make reservations so that we can request to sit by the windows and overlook the city. Highly recommend and will definitely be back on my next visit!
