We ate our first breakfast in New York here. We had Eggs Benedict and French toast, each with a fruit juice. The weather was nice and we decided to eat outside. Since it was only 7 o'clock, there were hardly any guests and we were served promptly. The food was good but not outstanding. The prices, on the other hand, are quite high and we spent almost $70 for breakfast for two, including tip. Despite the nice service and good food, I think it's too expensive. There are cheaper but just as good alternatives for a decent breakfast in New York.

The experience here is wonderful, great homey vibes with wonderful food. I arrived here for dinner and ordered duck breast with pancakes. The food definitely hit the spot! Next time though, I’d probably get the pancakes with a different entree item.
Although I really enjoyed the food and the vibes, the one thing I did not apppreciate was how I would often feel rushed by the waiters. The bus boys were clearing my table when I was clearly not finished and, even though there were many free tables available, I was consistently pressed for the check. In fact, at the end, the check was just placed on my table when I was in the middle of enjoying my meal with my friend.

Terrific kid friendly restaurant just outside of Grand Central station off of 42nd Street. Chicken pot pie with fresh crust was amazing. Home made pies and cakes gives it a feel as if your in a 50's diner. Staff is super friendly and there is a large kids menu.

This place is perfectly located under the bridge right in front of Grand Central Station on 42nd Street. Looks are deceiving because from the outside it looks like a very small diner, but once you walk in it is pretty spacious. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. Highly recommend this place if you're near the area and want to stop to have a bite to eat.

Was such a great opportunity to eat here. I was in my way out from Summit when we saw Pershing sq. Central Cafe. The food is so good and delicious ????. I was there for breakfast and these pictures for 10000 words. The staff is really friendly. The food is quality. I prefer to try cappuccino here. It will be my normal place to visit for breakfast meal whenever I'm in New York.

We needed to grab food before we caught our train, rather than eating in the dining concourse at Grand Central we took a chance on Pershing Square Cafe. First time eating here, didn't know what to expect, food was amazing, really surprised us how great it was. I had the chicken pot pie and it was out of this world. My wife had the Mediterranean Salad and my daughter had a kid's cheeseburger and it was all fantastic. Can't wait to go back.

I had waitress named Vanessa G. she was extremely nice and attentive. Kind, patient and sweet. Great customer service and her recommendations were great. Get the coconut Julut and skirt steak. VANESSA YOU ROCK!!

Love this place so much! Full points for food, ambience and location (right across from the Grand Central Terminal). Thoroughly enjoyed their salmon benedict. Highly recommend.

Fantastic setting and location. Located right next to grand central. The food was very good. It’s quoted to have some of the best pancakes in NYC and they don’t disappoint. I also recommend the breakfast sandwich if you want a more substantial meal. The atmosphere inside is perfect for an early morning, a large open space means that the sound is relatively low.

We had breakfast here before going to a Broadway show and it was very nice. We had a booth at the back which was great, if you can get those I recommend it. I love the old feel of the building which is under a bridge. Food was good and had big portions, I recommend the avocado toast.
