I ordered food with my Venezuelans friends. They complained of cachapas. As they said Cachapa needs to be filled with cheese and maybe adding a meat, but not only meat nor vegetables , they looked greasy. The arepa is not supposed to have lettuce, this is not supposed to be a burger. This Venezuelan food has been modified for be accepted in the Us changing their flavor and original recipes.

I wish I could put 0 stars ???? Extremely disappointed in the food and service (I can understand that the cashier was in a bad mood tho, considering they don't have air conditioning at 85°). Honestly the worst Cachapa I've ever eaten. For $40 I would have eaten in a much better place and with a better service (I am aware it is basically a retail place) but I decided to give it a try. The tequeños were lame. Sauces without flavor. Passion fruit juice was more sugar than anything else. Very sad the experience knowing that I am Venezuelan.

First discovered the Queens location over 10 years ago, remember this location’s opening like it was yesterday. Kind of small, only 3 small tables and a couple seats outside... def smart to plan ahead during busy hours. Takeout worked well for me. The pabellon Patacon is my favorite because I’m obsessed with plantains - you get sweet plantains, fried cheese, black beans and shredded pork sandwiched between 2 giant tostones. Prices went up a bit over the years but their portions have certainly remained consistent. In fact, my Patacon was so big I actually savored it over 3 meals. Good vibes and music playing

Great little place for Venezuelan food. They also have vegetarian options. They have a few tables inside and some seating outside. We had Cachapa and Patacon and we liked both. They also have Jarritos which is my favourite

Food is so good, and service was super fast. Definitely satisfies the need to experience something different and special without being too adventurous. I recommend the sweet corn crepe with steak.

Solid food. Small shop with a few seats to dine inside. Good section of Latin American sodas which was cool. I had Malta which was good and interesting to try! Wish they had empanadas though but the cachapas were real nice????

Delicious Venezuelan food. I had the Pabellón Arepa, Cheese Cachapa, Cheese Tequeno and Beef pastelito. I was impressed by the size of the arepa, and I loved the fried cheese in it. I would recommend this place to anyone. I definitely would be back. :)
