A delicious restaurant in a lovely area.
Would definitely come back to try different dishes.
The Steak Sandwich is a must ! Keep in mind that it’s big and it’s better to do a mix with another dish.

You’ll find at Pastis the best steak sandwich !!
Great fries too!
Only issue is that I got a food poisoning due to their mayo (kept in a fridge placed on the floor which door doesn’t close), emailed to explain but no answer at all. (Check your inbox and reply!!)
I still came again for the steak sandwich!
Service is good as usual.

This place is crowded and busy! For good reason. The food is delicious. We started with the steak tartare, which was pretty strange. Don’t think I liked it very much bc it tasted too vinegary. The onion soup and escargots were very good. The Niçoise salad decent, burger a bit disappointing, filet steak frites delicious. The sticky toffee pudding was amazing, as were the profiteroles. All in all, a couple of the dishes were a miss but the majority of items were very good. Service was rather spotty since the place was so busy. Inside dining was rather loud.

Soo good. You know when you stare at the menu, debate a few things, and just send it hoping for the best? The order was perfect. The food was incredible. Death by Frites. And the herb butter was *chefs kiss* - not to mention the beyond attentive and qualified serving staff to boot. Killed it Damion. What. An. Establishment.

One of my favorite restaurants in NYC! I love French restaurants and it doesn’t get any more iconic than Pastis! I just LOVE everything in here- the place, the vibe, the food, cocktails and desserts. I always have a great experience going here. Nice service as well. Highly recommend!

What a great night. First of all the food was soooooo GOOD! Service was excellent. Our waiter was friendly, gave great suggestions and he was there at perfect moments to check in with us in a way that wasn’t too much/too little. Burned my mouth on those delicious escargots that took a week to go away LOL. If you’re like me who cannot wait when good food is in front of them, please wait a good 10 minutes when that app comes out. In a great area to walk around to do some shopping before/after too. We Will definitely be back soon!!!❤️

Let me save you time and money, don’t get the hanger steak, this ain’t it here. However….and I say this being absolutely amazed…the burger…kicks ass…if there was one single item across the 9 restaurants I’ve been to on this trip it is the best out of them all. DO NOT SLEEP on this burger.

Delicious food with great drinks!
Pastis is always busy, so be sure to book ahead. We have been many times for brunch and would highly recommend!
The servers are all super friendly and cannot do enough for you to make your visit a great one!
We had cocktails, brunch and a dessert which were all brilliant!
There are high chairs for children should you need it too.
It can get a little noisy in there when full so book outside if you prefer it quieter.

Went to Pastis for a birthday brunch with my friend and we had the best time. Had the Eggs Norwegian and it was delicious (make sure to finish yours while it’s warm!). Our waiter was attentive and kept refilling our champagne glasses with subtlety (we ordered a bottle). They included a candle with my dessert, which was very sweet of them. Will be returning!

Pastis’s burger is one of the best. It was cooked perfectly. It tasted juicy and delicious and it was certainly filling. My group also split the pancakes, which were fluffy and sprinkled with just the right amount of sugar.
In addition to the incredible food, Pastis has a great drink menu, and it’s decorated beautifully with ornate designs. So Americana! I will certainly be back.
