I’m done ordering from here. They’re over charging and giving trash with disrespect. $3.50 for an order of French fries???

Honestly the best Chinese in the neighborhood. I love their general Taos tofu and their broccoli and shrimp. Always quick and amazing

First off I really like the people at this reasturant. They're friendly people who are always polite. So my review is about an order I placed which cointained the worst singapore Mei fun i've ever had. They managed to overcook the noodles & they were soggy & plus they chopped them up (I don't know why they did that, it makes no sense), so even though the flavor was good it it ended up being a curry flavored oatmeal. I was starving when the food got here but one mouthful destroyed my appetite. Also stay away from the scallion pancakes because they're terrible.

A favorite go-to spot for Chinese and Tex-Mex food. Made hot and fresh. The prices are affordable with a large portions.

I moved to the neighborhood about 2 years ago and tried a few Chinese food restaurants but this place is the best. They are clean, quick delivery, and are always very nice. I'd recommend you get food from here if you're in the mood for some Chinese. Their Tex-Mex is also good but I usually just get Chinese.

My go to when I'm around the cloisters neighborhood! I'm usually hesitant about cultural fusions but I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. 10/10 quality. Inexpensive and super friendly staff

The food is your standard neighborhood Chinese, the service however, is among the worst I have ever experienced. The owner is extremely rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever, during an order which was over 2 hours late I had called to cancel, and she basically was trying to to force me to still take the order hung up the phone on me. I called back and she just hung again. After that experience, I decided I wold no longer order from them and figured I would not have to deal with them ever again. Unfortunately I was wrong.

One of their delivery people, came to my building and kept ringing my buzzer, knowing I did not order anything nor was I expecting anyone, I ignored as I was in the middle of a serious project. Somehow he gets into the building and then starts banging (not knocking, banging loudly) on my door. I ask him who he is he yells delivery! I told him I didn't order anything and was that him that kept ringing the buzzer, he says and tells him I should have let him in. I tell him why wouldI Iet you in, If I didn't order anything?? I ask him if he has a phone, he says yes, then I ask him why he didn't he just call the person he's delivering to if no one answered the buzzer, at that point they could have told him that he has the wrong apartment, he replies he can't do that all the time. What kind of a response is that??

He then gets the correct apartment and of course starts to talk about me. At this point I go to my neighbor who ordered the food and ask where the delivery person is from. He informs me that it's No 1 Chinese. I should have known.

When the person running the business is rude and has 0 customer service skills, how would the staff have any common sense or customer service skills either?? This business has ensured that they have lost a customer for life.
