This is a great location if you’re on the run and need some good quality food. Luckily, this establishment is lively with a great seating next to the open kitchen. If not you could be seated near the bar by the door. This has a wide range of delectable cuisines. For appetizers we order the cucumber salad pork buns shrimp buns fried chicken all came out very quickly and it was extremely tasty then we ordered Pork Ramen and dry garlic noodles. The dry noodles tasted better. To drink we had the grapefruit soda and the yuzu lemon very bitter. I would highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area or shopping around the mall.

As a fan of David Chang, I couldn’t wait to eat here. I had high expectations & this place exceeded my expectations! Everything we ordered was fresh and incredible. The service was awesome and it was fun to sit at the bar with a view of the kitchen. I loved the environment & the ramen was the perfect temperature. I can’t wait to return!

Wings and cucumber salad were ok but nothing special. Cocktails were terrible. Ramen (both chicken and pork) was flavourless, noodles were over cooked, broth lacked any depth, pork wasn’t cooked long enough so was almost inedible. Chicken ramen had spinach instead of baby bok choy as specified. Service was mediocre, forgot cutlery for dessert. Matcha tart was nice, cookies not great. Overall, super overrated, disappointed, would not recommend. Reminiscent of wagamamas, clumsy and whitewashed.

Delicious! We had a bunch of items on their menu and they all were AMAZING! This place stood out for all the hype and fame. They do have a nice ambience and are quick on service. For starters we had the shishito peppers and the shrimp buns. Then we had the smoked pork ramen with Cumin lamb noodles. One thing to note is when they say spicy, they mean it! We ended it with their special Miso tart which was a combination of Matcha, Chocolate and sesame. A perfect date night dinner! Highly recommend this place.

Amazing ramen! I had the Smoked Pork and it was so tasty (also pretty big portions). Service was great, very attentive and super nice. They had a wide variety of drinks options, as well as a few starters/sharers. Great place to go for a solo meal, as it has seats on the bar. A bit pricey but definitely worth it!

What can you do about Noodle Bar… it’s absolutely what you’d expect from Momofuku. Everything comes out looking very inconspicuous, and then BOOM the flavor jets just keep coming! Each and every bit sweet, sour, bitter, spiced perfectly and even the Matcha drinks are shockingly good. Special occasions be damn, come here tomorrow if you haven’t been and thank me later!

Such a huge fan of DC and looked forward to this meal during my recent trip to NY. It was good, but after my out of body experience at Majordomo, I left Noodlebar wanting more. Again, everything was good…the shrimp and pork belly buns (although I could have used more sauce on the PB), ginger ramen, shishito peppers. But the standout for my table was a special, the heirloom tomato salad sprinkled with wasabi.

We did take out and it was really good. We got pork ramen and pork sandwich. Pork belly is cooked perfectly. All ingredients tasted so fresh. Great take out containers that nicely separated noodles from soup. Super quick delivery. I’d say the only minor issue was the soup is slightly spicy due to the chili sauce. I would have omitted for kids if described at order.

Portions are very filling. I had pork and shiitake buns, rice cakes, tuna tartar and garlic scallion ramen. It was all delicious although, I wish the noodles were a bit more flavorful. My drink wasn't really good though. I can tell the whiskey was watered down a bit. I'm sure they don't expect me to be a drinker, but for $15 I hope the next time I come they make the drink right.

Excellent selection of food! Super helpful staff, they readily answer any queries you have and help you out with ordering the right dishes. There's a teensy bit of waiting, even with reservations, but that speaks volumes about how much in demand they are! Well managed outfit and definitely worth visiting!

This was the first restaurant my wife and I visited when we arrived in NYC. This was a wonderful lunch experience. The place quickly got crowded, but the service was good and the food was tasty, fresh, and everything we had hoped for.

Don't sleep on those shrimp buns!

Show me the noods! Yes, this was absolutely delicious. Proper buns, shishito peppers, and noodles galore. Service was on point. I'd never expect to find this tucked away in a little corner of the mall.
Make sure to order a little bit of everything and be adventurous. ????

Tried the key lime frozen margarita on the first day it came out - so tasty!
Best dry rub chicken wings ever. We were hoping to have the prawns but the wings were even better!

Delicious ramen and pork buns! The staff is always so friendly and the area is neat and tidy. Their appetizers like the cucumber dish and the shishito peppers are also another one of my favorites. The chilled spicy noodles lacked a little in salt and flavor but the ramen is a must. The miso cookie is okay but their soft serve is very tasty!

Good but far from great. The food is decent, but the real depth to the dishes is missing. The pork buns are by far the best dish, the noodles miss the real taste. Unfortunately it's more famous than good.

We had a truly exceptional experience at Momofuku. The starters were great. We passed on the buns and did the dry spiced chicken wings, Brussels sprouts, and amazing ramen. Service was stellar. Desserts are also great. We’ll be back.

Good experience. Reserved a seat at the kitchen table but unfortunately it was not honored. The shrimp buns were amazing. The rice cakes were good. The garlic chicken ramen was amazing too. Only thing is once you eat the appetizers it kind of makes you feel the noodles are little bland. The uncooked garlic in the ramen was something I did not expect. The special cocktail Eye of the tiger was nice.

A decent meal at Columbus Circle. All the dishes were alright with some commendable fusion. Ultimately nothing was special or particularly highlightable, except the spicy calamansi margarita.
The pork bun – the Momofuku signature – was quite basic like something you can make at home. Nonetheless, it’s done well: the pork is perfectly seared with a light crispy skin, and the fat porkiness flavor dominates. The hoisin sauce and cucumber are simple yet effective complements.
The dry spice wings had an interesting yet enjoyable rub consisting of sweet, sour, spice, and probably MSG in pure form. It was fried excellently and quite juicy.
The smoked pork ramen comes in a shio broth, slightly spiced and ceremoniously red. The soup is quite salty, not particularly palatable to drink with the noodles. The pork belly is like that in the pork buns, without marination and lightly seared. The noodles are intentionally chosen for its chewy texture, which is a welcome choice.
The coconut panna cotta was a recommendable dessert. The panna cotta was done well, and the sour and citrisy calamansi sauce at the top was quite the contrast. It was enhanced with gingerbread crumbs.

I've watched the chef on YouTube for a long time and finally had the chance to come and experience his food in person. It's clear why Momofuku is so popular. What stood out first was actually the staff. Despite how busy they were, we felt like a priority throughout from the minute we spoke to the first person at the door. Whoever worked on January 9th around 7p, we appreciate your hard work and your exceptional service!
The food, it goes without saying, was delightful. It had great body, well developed broths, was well balanced, served steaming, and left me feeling well satisfied after.

The buns are amazing! We tried for the first time the Asian rice cake and we absolutely loved it!! We couldn’t believe it was made with rice!
First time we tried Momofuku was in Soho, and the food was good but the place it was more of to-go spot… the atmosphere and decor here was another level! 100% recommended!
