a classic.
Everyone should try a NY bagel ( a true bagel) at least once.
What i liked was the variety and quick service.
Menu is huge, compared to other places and there are various cream cheese flavors you'll have a hard time choosing ????

This is the place for NY bagels. Super efficient line to order even though super busy. We got some rainbows with Oreo cc, liberty with reg cc, bacon egg, and a protein bagel. Easily for a table outside for 5. These bagels just taste different.

In search of an authentic New York bagel, we landed at Liberty Bagels.
The place was completely full and we knew we were in the right place! We ordered three bagels and three coffees for $53, admittedly a steep price.
The speed and especially the taste have completely convinced!
It was just super tasty and I would recommend everyone to stop by here.

These bagels are the bomb. There was a huge line every time I got there but it was worth it and the line moves fast. The selection of cream cheese was amazing and the Sam lox bagel was the best. The coffee is OK but the bagels are what you come for so that was totally fine. I came here twice in my two days day at New York. Highly recommend and I would definitely come back here.

What a great place! I have been hearing about Liberty bagel for a while and decided to check them out. I’m not a New Yorker but heard that NY has the best bagels and well, I guess so ???? I got the jalapeño bagel with regular cream cheese for breakfast and it was amazing. I can’t wait to return to try the many different options. Also they are very efficient. The line was out the door but we got through in no time.

Liberty Bagels is famous for their colourful bagels and fantastic selection of cream cheese. It was a must try coming to New York and I can certainly see the appeal! I got the Liberty Bagel with the Nova toppings, and these bagels are BIG so prepare to be full! They have the option to toast the bagel and they cut it in half which makes for easy eating. Very nice inside with some indoor and outdoor seating, but it is quite busy so unfortunately we did not sit in and took it to go. Would recommend for a fun bagel experience!

The most intense grabbing bagel experience I have ever had! From the line to get in, to the crazy long wait, I became invested to figure out what made so many others wait it out. Clearly we were mostly tourists, because pick-up wait was just as crazy but I really enjoyed my bagel when I finally got it. This ma and pa shop understood the assignment-give them a bagel worth waiting for! ????

Wow!!! What a busy place, but definitely worth the wait. It was fun to experience the busyness on a Sunday morning, but highly recommend pre-ordering and doing pickup. It appeared that they had a nice shelving unit just inside the front door where they place the pickup orders. If you are going to wait, it was a little confusing as you order in the way back, pay in the front, and then wait for your order to be completed.
Next the info about the bagels! They are fresh, large, and delicious. They do not skimp on the cream cheese. The outside could have had a little more chew, but overall top 3 bagel list. A true NYC experience.

I typically like my bagels toasted but I forgot to ask, however, there was no need. The bagel was soft and warm and needed no toasting. I tried a plain bagel with cream cheese and it was great! They pack on the cream cheese so make sure you get extra napkins. The bacon egg and cheese bagel was a little disappointing because as you seen in the picture, the portions were small. The flavor of the bagel was as great! The line was not long but as we waited it definitely filled up. The wait wasn’t bad either. Customer service was unremarkable.

Visiting NY for work and had a list of highly reviewed bagel places like Russ & Daughters and Brooklyn. Liberty was not on the list and we just happened to see it walking to Brooklyn bagels. Went back today to try it and it is by far the best I’ve ever had. It also has the friendliest staff of them all. Best bagels in my opinion.
