Everything about this place is amazing. Inside seating was nice n cool and low romantic lighting. Candles in jars everywhere. I really enjoyed the spicy margarita, it's my fave version yet and it's strong. I had two and was able to take the second in a to go cup. The fried green tomatoes were perfect. The mushroom smothered chicken sandwich was huge. My boyfriend and I split it and still had left overs. The chicken was juicy and fried crispy. We got a side of collard greens with black eyed peas. Delicious. Every bite was full of flavor and we will definitely be back to try the others. That biscuit bread pudding with ice cream is next on the list.

Great experience at this place! You get a TON of food — it’s definitely fairly priced. The Jacob’s Patty Melt was really good. Fries were nice n crispy. If you’re into chicken and pancakes, this place does it well. The pancakes were fluffy and the chicken was juicy, tender, and crispy. Only complaint was that the music inside was loud so it was hard to talk.

This is the best brunch in the city hands down! The portions are crazy, I always need to pack a to go box. The Mac and cheese is delicious like some of the best I ever had. The bread here is addicting I always order extra to take home! You cannot go wrong with brunch here you won’t be disappointed!

I love this place so much. Thank the heavens that they have outdoor seating now - because the weekends are always packed. You HAVE to start off with the pickled flights. I always turn people on to the “odd” pickled variants. The carrots and beats are definitely my favorites. We ordered the honey chicken and pickles biscuit and the mushroom gravy smothered chicken biscuit. Through Covid they still give the biggest portion of food without changing their prices. The chicken is fabulous. Meaty and not over fried. The house beer managed to wash away all of the vinegar taste after the pickled flight. This is the best southern comfort you’ll find in NYC.

One of the best southern food brunches I've had in a long time. Great scene. Outdoor seating. Food was amazing. Had the Magnolia Bakery Banana Pudding pancakes and fried chicken. Huge portions. Couldn't finish half. Definitely worth the price.

The food and drinks here are amazing! The fried chicken is DELICIOUS and their biscuits are so tasty. I highly recommend trying out their cocktails because they certainly don’t hold back on the alcohol and still manage to make it a tasty drink. This place probably has my favorite cocktail and southern food experience!

My favorite southern spot for a hearty brunch. I don’t think anywhere in nyc can you get food in such big portions.
Ordered the BBQ chicken biscuit, it was heavenly and enough for two.
The ambiance is pretty vibrant and though it can get extra loud inside, the tables outside are perfect. You get a glimpse of the music but not enough to interfere with your conversations.
The staff is efficient and friendly.
Will be definitely going back for more biscuits.

Nice and amazing brunch! Make sure to reserve before going. I had the biscuit French toast and it was delicious! I enjoyed my cocktail as well. Good service overall.

I wanted to like this place so bad.
Especially seeing as it had raving reviews!
If you are someone that like your food very soggy than this is the place for you.
I came with a group of friends and we all kind of decided to try different things!
Especially me, i ordered the hot chicken biscuit the whole bottom of the biscuit was drenched. Couldn’t even pick it up.
I also ordered catfish tacos, the moment i picked up one taco it fell apart because it was so wet, also very flavorless the toppings were wet and tasteless and when i just decided to try the catfish it was very mushy.
I also ordered the midnight Mac and that smelled and tasted amazing!! So I’ll give them that!
My friends ordered the Turkey legs, the smothered chicken biscuit, the collard green and black eyed peas, and the regular mac. They all loved the greens and said they would come back just for that.
The chicken was a bit overwhelming but the meat itself was great and they liked the Turkey legs.
I will definitely try this place again for brunch.
Oh and also we got the jam jars which we all enjoyed!! And the biscuit and fixings was amazing!! The biscuits were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle and the fixings were tasty!
We also got the deviled eggs which were okay. The center section was just a tad bit overwhelming also. But not bad!

My personal favorite brunch spot in Manhattan. Every time I come here, it's always filled with glorious gluttony. Portions are huge so it's a great spot for sharing food, and the drinks pair well with pretty much everything on the menu. The wait times can be somewhat long, especially during the summer brunch season, but most of the time you get your table quicker than expected, so instead of popping by another spot further away, stop by Tiki Chick right next door for a fantastic adult beverage and relax while you wait!
