Opposite Fashin institute of Technology. Avacado toast is one my favorite here. Good part of menu is offered in vegetarian variety.
Good ambience, indoor option as well as in garden outside the restaurant.

I came around 6pm on a Sunday. The service was kind and attentive (bartender double duty as the waiter). I really liked that they pack your leftovers for you. Ordered the half chicken and a side of plantains. The menu is much thinner then what's posted online (i was going for the short ribs and a fancy dessert, but they didn't have it). Only 1 dessert option: crepe. The food was pretty okay/good: showed signs of skill and some good flavor. I think I screwed up and missed the server's hint to order the lamb when I asked if there were any specials (a lot of reviews here really liked it). It came out in not too long 15-20 min.

I'm a nerd. So didn't need the music or ambience, (actuall, I prefer quiet), but I think anyone who is staying at the holiday Inn and wants a little convenient fun would enjoy stopping in for drinks.

There is a mandatory 20% gratuity. Felt a little weird not tipping with the bartender standing next to me with the card reader and screen when I paid, but 20% was about where I was at.

Overall 3.65, rounding up because I liked the service and I'm betting the lamb was much better.

Participated in a fashion show here, the staff got it together and accommodated the crowd. After, we had birthday dinner and the chef came out to introduce himself, it was bomb!

Beautiful ambiance--I decided to check this place out on a Friday night and I truly enjoyed myself. Nice, warm atmosphere and loved the dim pink hues in the lighting. Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Food and drinks were great, and music along with videos playing in background were on point! I will patronize this business again, perhaps for brunch.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in New York. I went for brunch after an event and the food was delicious!!! I came back here on a date and it did not disappoint. The food, drinks and service was incredible. The music was rocking and I am so glad that I came back. If you go to the gypsy rose bistro, try the Lamb Bidi. Delicious!! Thank you Etienne for a wonderful time!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. It’s tucked away in the Holiday Inn so you will miss it it you aren’t actively looking but it’s definitely more than worth the trip to it. The food is amazing and the desserts are fabulous. The owners and staff are also amazing and make you feel like family and are so great with the kids. If you are looking for somewhere to eat in the Manhattan area definitely check this place out.

The service at Gypsy Rose Bistro is above and beyond. We were well attended by the waiter and even the owner stopped by to say hi! The food is really tasty too. We had the steak and lamb, which were so good and well priced, we came back a few weeks later to have it again. Highly recommend this place if you're in midtown.
