My first visit to NY and this restaurant was raves about by my family. I was hugely disappointed. I ordered the turkey chili which was served with cool ranch Doritos (I found that odd since they have cornbread on their menu) and tempura veggies. Nope… if you like sweet chili, go for it. The veggies had zero flavor. The batter wasn’t cooked properly. Tempura should be light and crunchy. It was heavy, wet and undercooked. My aunt had the steak taco salad, sticky chicken wings and crispy shrimp. The shrimp had the same issue as the veggies. Service was mediocre. Waiter never checked on us. Had to ask the manager for water.
I guess all things new is a risk. But this place was a no for me. If you can’t get the small things right…

Must try in NYC. Went there with kids. Ordered non alcoholic drinks for kids. Everything tasted yummy. Go here very very hungry because everything is large size. Service is excellent. Food was delicious and place is clean. We all enjoyed the whole experience. The picture they take is little pricey but if it your first time, then worth it. For a family of 4 with picture you will spend 100$. But it is worth it. Oh the sauce. We had tartar sauce for my shrimp, ranch and mustard sauce for the wings, yummy. Their BBQ sauce was awsome....duh. overall, 5 star.

I would say I have passed here alot and have not tried it. My friends recently took me here and we ended up getting Wings. And we tried the new Texas Size Tie Dye Nut-cracker drink. It was amazing also and we definitely had a good time and we will be coming back to try some more stuff on the menu. The wings were Huge and delicious. They Fried but they come with a Honey BBQ sauce on the side. 10 Wings was about $22. The 32oz Nut-Cracker came with 2 Shots inside of it. It was amazing, kinda like an Alcoholic Slushie. The 32oz was about $26. Definitely worth checking out if your visiting Time Square. I will be going back to try their Burgers and other menu Items. But safe to say that the wings will be an all time favorite of mines.

It was very easy to get seated on a Friday afternoon (12:15pm) for a party of 5 people. Our waitress was very professional and attentive. The wings were amazing, the sauce to chicken ratio was over the roof! Definitely one of the best tasting wings I’ve had. The double cheeseburger was also very good but the crispy shrimp were on the stale side and tasted more fishy than usual. Fries were good but a little burnt. Besides that everything was great!

Huge place. Seats 1100. 3 levels. Great decor around the place. Plenty of large party seating. Wings were traditional. Drinks were as well. Prices too. This BBQs is standard as the rest. Place is usually really busy. There's a line outside because inside can only hold so much, but the line moves quickly. My advice to establishment is spend some extra time cleaning and maintaining walls and fixtures- it should be 1 team's sole job and they catch all the little things that wait staff miss due to them being focused on dishes and serving. Wait staff should be allowed to leave a pitcher of water or soda on a table because running back and forth to tables to fill up those small glasses is tedious, and when someone wants a refill they form opinions over small things like waiting for a simple refill. This location has steps, an escalator and an elevator.

The ribs weren’t as good as you expect. BUT the service was fast and the hot wings, drinks, and other dishes were more than enough for a bunch of hangry people in the middle of Time’s Square. There was no line when we went. But when we returned on the weekend, it was packed!

A must try when in NYC!
Everything about this restaurant in on a large scale; the space, the menu, drink sizes and the portions.
Everything looks so good and yummy it will be hard to choose.
We had a very friendly server who patiently explained the popular items and answered our questions.
If you are a meat lover you will be in food heaven. I had such a joy.
Chicken wings and the onion tower are must try. We got a beef ribs as well. It was delicious but it could have used a little bit of heating up.
We had made reservations but that place is huge so not sure if you actually need it.
I think the place can use a more deeper cleaning cause I found a lot of old rubbish on the fan next me.

Usually come here with my coworkers, mostly for the drinks and the wings. Because it's located at Times square, very famous spot and convenient. My only issue was the waiter who had a rude attitude. One of my friends was asking for some items on the Manu and he just told him to read it. He only smile and blessed us when he brought the check, also telling us he was the security guy, they were short on staff. I guess that explains his attitude...

It's a big restaurant. Wheelchair accessible entrance. They have elevators and escalators. They have Men and Women bathrooms. The restaurant was nice and clean. They follow CORONAVIRUS protocols. Our waiter was nice and friendly. she made us feel welcome. Everyone that work there was nice and welcoming. When I went it was packed but we had distance from each table. The food was good could of been better but it was good. The drinks was good too. I had a great time. My son had a great time too and loved it. I will come back here again it was good. I'll give it a 7 outta 10.

The best place we ate at in NYC ingredients and preparation are amazing, this means that if you want food like this, then you have to come here. You can not reproduce this tasty tangy finger licking food yourself. The waffles with chicken was fantastic along with burgers cooked to.your specific requirements. Drinks are spot on. The decor is everything you would expect from an American BBQ. I know it looks a little like a "hard rock" franchise, but it's not like that. It's the best place we ate in NYC and it's not that expensive for the town. Thanks and we will be back.
