Great location / ambience / service / food. Thoroughly enjoyed celebrating my partner's birthday pre-Funny Girl show dinner! Live piano entertainment added to the great experience. LARGE generous meal portions. THANK YOU / Strongly recommended

Wonderful experience. Fun atmosphere. Our server Natalia was so sweet. It was our 15th anniversary and the manager surprised us with celebratory shots, which was so kind of him but also so funny because we don’t drink. We really appreciated the gesture.

Spectacular experience! Everything was perfect. The staff is super accommodating, The manager- Tom- is the nicest and most personable gentleman ever! Our meals were perfection. I got the filet and have never had a more delicious meal. My husbands salmon was a huge hit and my daughter and her friend had ravioli dishes that were amazing! The desserts were delicious!!! The most tasty and airy tiramisu!!!! We are already planning our next visit back

I had secured a four person dinner reservation for 5:30pm and checked in at 5:20pm. The restaurant was severely overbooked. We waited until 6:50pm and then had to make a decision to leave for another restaurant because we had Broadway show tickets for 8:00pm. Talk about a ruined 50th birthday celebration. The restaurant communication was poor and they could have told dozens of people impatiently waiting for other missed reservations that there was very little chance for them to honor their time slots. This would have given patrons other options to leave elsewhere for other dinner plans. Instead they kept telling people with reservations (table available soon) and non-reservation guests (20-30min). What a mess in scheduling! The restaurant and food could be good but never got a chance to try. Highly doubt that I will
book their again. Anyone going to dinner and show based on time should look elsewhere.

This is a late post from prior year but we visited on Valentine’s Day and it was a great experience. Food was great and the vibe and service were perfect.

The whole entire experience was exquisite. By far one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been too, both in atmosphere and with cuisine. Perfect place to dine after seeing a Wednesday matinee. Continuing the musical experience with Danny. Not to mention, the phenomenal murals painted on every wall as if your in the Calabrian region of Italy. Let’s talk about how lovely the staff was, especially the Maitre De, Tom. They even let me sing 2 songs. As well as the food, just divine, everything was cooked to perfection! It’s a must, I give it 5 stars!

Absolutely perfect. The atmosphere, the music, the food! 10/10 all around. The carbonara was outstanding and my husband loved the meatballs. The wine pairing they recommended was fantastic as well. We will be back!

We visited Da Marino during the 2021 holiday season and it was fantastic from start to finish. We had a recommendation from a friend and ended up booking a reservation the same night. We were politely greeted by Tom, the manager, and he checked our vaccine cards and showed us to our table quickly even with our late reservations. John, our waiter, and the other waitstaff were also extremely friendly, quick to respond, and knowledgeable about the menu.
My fiancée and I ended up ordering some wine and Bruschetta al Pomodoro (Tomato Bruschetta) to start. They provided complimentary bread which was still warm and was fantastic with the provided side dish. My fiancée ended up ordering the carbonara which she thought was delicious and had plenty of pancetta, was creamy, but not too heavy at all. I had the Lobster ravioli with shrimp which was also very good. For dessert, we had the homemade Tiramisu and it was so good we ended up finishing it all.
The ambiance was amazing, a live pianist arrived at 6PM and was playing Christmas music. Even Tom got on the microphone and received applause for his amazing performance of “My Way” by Frank Sinatra. We can’t wait to be back again in April!

11/10 would recommend eating at Da Marino!! The whole atmosphere of the restaurant was so fun and the food was absolutely delicious. We had such a great time and can't wait to come back. Shout out to our amazing waiter, John, and the super talented piano player, Marshall!

Authentic Italian food in a lovely setting that makes you feel like you’re in Italy! Perfect location in the Theater District. The food and the staff were excellent!
