I placed food order online-Grubhub and they charged my card but my food never arrive. I contacted the restaurant staff directly and the staff stated that Grub-hub had canceled my order but restaurant staff didn’t even know I had grubhub on the other end. Restaurant staff is unprofessional and they need to value their customers experience more and resolve customers experience issues. The restaurant staff stated and lied that grubhub canceled my order but it was not canceled at all. Restaurant tried to take my money and not deliver my order…
I requested to speak with the owner but owner wasn’t there regarding this matter. Staff members don’t take accountability for the low service they provide to their customers.
This happened to me about 3 times already. SMH
Luckily Grubhub refunded me my money !

So i visited this place as i wanted to have shisha and my experience with shisha wasnt really good. I will rate shisha only 2 out of 5 as 1st of all yiu can see in photo pipe was broken i informed staff ajd they gave me a filter to use and didnt change the pipe anyhow i tried shisha. Smoke was less. And when after 20min i asked to change the coal staff said sorry we do not change you have to pay $20 to refill. This is crazy just check out the shisha and let me know dose that shisha worth $50? Not visiting again

Shrimp Mofongo - I have to say I was a little bit upset about the wait time but when I finally got home and was able to enjoy my meal, it was well worth the wait. I got the shrimp mofongo and it was the best I ever had. I found my Friday night take home spot y'all!!! Excellent! Was only going to eat half but ate the whole thing in on sitting.

This rating is not based on the quality of the food because it looked so good!! Now mind you I'm visiting with my family of 6. The young waitress was very nice. (Keep in mind there's still so much food out). The waitress stated the buffet was closed but we can still purchase the food by weight. All of sudden another lady scolded the waitress in front of my family and said " I TOLD YOU THE BUFFET WAS CLOSED". That's messed up and I decided to leave.

Took a long time for an appetizer. Eh service, no one greeted and the staff day drink and smoke, though they were polite when I asked questions. Food is expensive and not fresh, though not bad. Looks like a pretty nice vibe for an evening out because its dark, the music is good (AND LOUD).

Food and drinks are good. Always my go to place but the last time I went, there were girls at the front doing coat check and said I HAD to give them my coat and pay $10 for them to store my coat. My friends who didn’t even have coats were also made to pay $10 just to enter. They gave us all bracelets and gave me a special one with a number to match my coat. We watched over 30 people walk in throughout the night and walk right back out after being told they have to pay to enter. When it was time to leave they looked at my bracelet and then proceeded to hive me the wrong coat and spent 5 minutes trying to find which one was mine. The place is great but having to pay an entry fee and coat fee made it lose its appeal and took all the fun out of the night. Won’t be going back.

Don’t even get me started on this beautiful hidden gem. I came across this restaurant as we were walking in the city. During our visit they were running their lunchtime buffet special. Finding a buffet in New York City was unbelievable. And the fact that it was so affordable was even crazier. This Hispanic restaurant offers amazing authentic food that would be hard to find in Manhattan. My favorites were the mangú, fried fish, plantains, rice and beans, the diverse salad bar, and so much more. Even the margaritas were good. The restaurant is great for families, couples and locals. An empty stomach is recommended. There soo many things to try, you’ll need the space. I know you will enjoy the food the atmosphere and the great customer service. Have fun and don’t forget who put in the good word. ????

Delicious food, great customer service, definitely you can't go wrong.
Very clean, the food was superb we had a picada and steak and it was beyond our expectations.

Amazing fresh hot food. If you love Dominican Mangu this is the place. They only serve it at breakfast though.

Keeping it real out here in midtown
Place is always empty in the morning when I get breakfast from there. Food is pretty good, homemade type of quality, no cheaping out on ingredients. Front desk staff were nice one time and just very aiight another time, chef was a nice and courteous guy who handed me the food. Might still visit, just might.
