The worst service in the existence of Chinese food I called to place an order in which they specifically said they opened back up at 430 didn’t open up until 513 I really wanted Chinese food and was forced to settle for pizza all they could say was sorry keep in mind I’m on a limited lunch I vow to never suggest them as an option ever again if I could they’d get 0 starts

didn’t give me part of my order went back with 15 minutes till closing doors were already locked they were looking at me from the counter not opening the door ignoring the phone never have i seen staff close 15 minutes early and ignore the customer that comes not even to place a new order but to get what they were charged for and never received

2 people working hard. Ordered food with no problem. I have no problem picking up even when it is not ready. No one is perfect.

Why would you advertise that you deliver on your website if you do not. I work at the Huntington Quads a little under 2 mile from you and you can’t deliver. You need to either change your website or start delivering. It don’t make no sense. SMH!!

This place is actually very bad and very rude attitude service.
The food taste salty, and sometimes not fresh enough.
It cannot be worth to be recommended.

Update: they need to get their act together. Didn’t answer all day Saturday 11-13-21 and they finally answered around 5 pm. I placed an order and had to wait a half hour on the line to pick up my order because there was only 1 cook and only 1 person at front. She let the phone ring and ring at dinner time on a Saturday night!! I think they may be under new ownership or they don’t pay their staff a living wage so they quit. Piles of supplies and boxes stacked up to the ceiling and all over inside. I will not be going back anymore.
Older review: I’ve been going to this takeout Chinese place for many years. Food is always fresh and delicious.

They are the best. But understaffed and everyone wants their food so I suggest calling and waiting on the phone to place an order. If you go in there during lunch without placing an order that's a rookie mistake. I get the lunch special and their sesame chicken is delicious! These people work hard and it shows in the quality of the food they serve so please have patience.

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this excellent restaurant. Well we had a fine evening and the place was clearly the reason for that outstanding evening. The crew collaborated in a gorgeous style, the meals were tasty and my guests were so joyful. We shall absolutely come back again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.
