Food was below average and not cheap. Back entrance smelled like someone urinated when you walked in. Homeless man also harassing people by the door when you try to leave. Definitely wouldnt come back.

I've always loved their wings. They are bigger than other wings and their flavors are on point. I do wish they sold beer to go along with their wings for when you want to eat in. Either way, I like them tons better than the other wings places

This place has the best chicken tenders! Super crispy and very flavorful! This place is super consistent and such good quality chicken everytime.

Called to try and place a small order for me and my wife and upon answering the woman doesn't say hello but real fast we are not taking orders or changing orders today. Very unprofessional and quiet honestly rude. I know it is super bowl Sunday but then they should not be open for business if they can't handle business.

The facility is not equipped like New England ‘Wings Over’ facilities. Unless they step up, won’t be going back which is a shame as I buy wings for hospitals in the local area and fell in love with ‘Wings Over’ while I was in College. They do not cote the wings like they do in New England, (Springfield MA). I asked for a side of Honey mustard and got none. I asked for a side of garlic Parmesan and was given literally ‘garlic and Parmesan mixture’ not garlic and parm ‘dip’ like Springfield MA location (more than willing to provide). Please figure IT out. I’d love to TRY to buy from you again.

I have not been to this place in quite sometime where I was in the area and wanted to treat myself only to find that the menu has changed. The wings appeared undercooked and the the sauce options were not as good as they used to be. Got the loaded tater tots just to find a mess of tots lazily thrown ontop of my wings. Missing toppings as well where they just had a lazy pour of cheese on them when they needed bacon and garlic parm sprinkle. None was detected. Personally humored by the employee being selective on people they would advise to wear there mask. Just grossly disappointing

I have only been there once before and was hesitant about going. I love wings over sauce ， but decided to try something different. We both had the parmesan garlic wings and there were absolutely delicious. The sauce was slightly creamy with a little bit of heat . We also got an order of onion rings which came with a very flavorful dipping sauce. Forget the Ketchup!

Edit: The manager reached out and offered a 15% discount, which I politely declined. He didn't once even address the food quality, even after I said it wasn't about the money. If had once either apologized or explained the situation, I would have raised my review, but he did not, so I stand behind my review: I’ve eaten all of twice at this location, and found a feather in my boneless wings today. I eat out all the time (at least 4 times a week) at various restaurants and never have I had an experience like this. Either the food wasn’t prepped properly, or this was something from the factory, but regardless that isn’t acceptable, especially from a chain/franchise restaurant.
