Great family owned, families and friends spot to grab a delicious pizza & many other items on the menu. Owners are very personable and the atmosphere is very chill! Outdoor seating in the summer time is perfect! Support your local small business and check this spot out.

The Cook's Opinion
1. The food. This time I asked for a chicken with a marinade on top (sorry, forgot the name of the dish). The chicken had a good flavor but was overcooked. Eating any meet overcooked looks like eating shoes' sole. This has been a constant in this restaurant with different dishes. I think this could be improved by hiring profesional chefs.
2. The Service
I have been here many times, since they were on the other location at Berwyn. It always called my attention the service provided by the OWNER. He is rude most of the time, and seems to be mad all the time. I do not know if this is with everybody or it is personal. Sorry dude, it is time you mature! If it is personal...live with it and change your actitude.

I love Pizzeria Aroma. Excellent thin crust pizza, great choice of salads, a full bar, outdoor patio, and clean & nice restaurant. The staff here are really great too. All around great place! A+++

Thank you Pizzeria Aroma for making my party a success! I ordered 2 portions of mozzarella sticks, 2 of garlic bread, a chicken alfredo pizza, a BBQ chicken pizza, and a cheese pizza. It was MORE than enough for 15-20 people and so delicious. Not to mention, it was VERY affordable and the ingredients were fresh. There was fresh broccoli on the alfredo pizza which was a really nice touch. I'll be back!

I just had a great experience at Aroma! As a first time customer, I was attracted by the curbside placard posting a full rib dinner at a great price.
Reem, as waitstaff & manager, was attentive as was the hostess. Cute place; relaxing. Great food. I will be back. Thanks, Aroma!

Ordered dinner for this evening, and I have to say the food was excellent!! I have been craving Italian food for a while and this hit the spot. Chicken Parmigiana and Caesar salad more than enough food for left overs. Definitely will be a repeat customer from now on.

Delicious food. Really great and attentive service. Calm clean bright and welcoming atmosphere. Great experience overall. Definitely recommend Eggplant Parmesan!

We came here to eat lunch… And right when I walked in the owner started to have some attitude. And my son which is 3 years old started crying. And the owner came to my son and said we don’t allow crying. And he also told my 8 year old son to put away the phone but in a mean way. And since the owner was in a very mad mood we decided to leave because we aren’t going to pay a penny for someone that acts like this in front of us. He also had RULES that no one can follow because I have to be on my phone in case of a emergency. So you shouldn't have that rule. We will never come her again and I recommend you not to come here either.

Fast delivery, had a $5 coupon that it took but didn’t reduce the bill. Pizza was just poor. Base like cardboard. Added toppings but quantity was well below the norm. First and last time using this place. This is not a 4.6 star place

Very arguable place. Clean, which is good. Some food is good (pasta alfredo), and the other is just horrible. Chicken wrap was so bad, it’s bitter!!! And didn’t smell well. Lettuce is not fresh, chicken is literally burnt and black! and sauce…what kind a sause is that? The menu says it’s Cesar, but it’s oil bitter stuff…:( never thought it can be so bad.

I just had a Athenian Salad that was excellent and big enough for at least 2 meals. Everything in that salad was super fresh. The ordering system is the best I have come across at any restaurant online ordering system. This is now my ‘go to’ place!!

One of the underrated thin crust pizzas around. Their pasta dishes are also great, as is toasted ravioli as an appetizer. Convenient location from Uptown, Edgewater and Andersonville. If you go in the evening, the parking lot next door is available. Great ownership that does many good things for the community. Highly recommended.

ordered a burger and Philly cheese steak
burger was great... cheesesteak although large ..had little cheese, the flavor was more of an Italian beef vibe than cheese steak. brunch burger was great. fries were decent. the staff I encountered went from uninterested to mildly friendly at best, kinda felt as though I was an intrusion while waiting.

I've ordered delivery from grubhub twice and picked up once. The food is always spot on!
I have ordered their white pizza, which is absolutely delicious!
We got their Aroma special pizza and added sausage, olives, spinach and tomatoes. OMG! Thee best pizza ever! I tend to eat with my eyes first and presentation is always an A+ with them. Fresh ingredients and they're always offering some sort of discount!
Overall the best pizza in town hands down, we plan on trying more items of their menu.
Oh, and the carrot cake is to die for! But you didn't hear that from me.. ????

The Gnocchi Heaven was exactly that. The absolute best cream sauce I have ever had. Ever. My starter salad was fresh, crisp and surprisingly flavorful. My wife had the Italian Wedding Soup to start and it was scrumptious. Her spaghetti was delicious as well, and I don't like spaghetti. We had the the Sausage and Peppers to start, again, delicious. We will be repeat customers.

I was craving pasta and Pizzeria Aroma showed up on my search. I grew up in Uptown and I remember seeing this restaurant on Berwyn when I was growing up but never ate here. I am so glad that I gave it a try and also regret missing out on the food from here all this time. The pasta is AMAZING! Huge portions too. The pasta comes with either soup or salad. I ordered the steak & arugula pasta and my friend had the pasta w/marinara. They have daily food and drink specials.

This is becoming my favorite restaurant! Always great food and generous portions. I highly recommend both the meat lasagna and Grandma’s Sloppy Joe. Great service. There’s socially distanced indoor dining available as well as picking up to go. Highly recommended!

Was recently in Chicago in the area of this fine restaurant and ended up going there 3 times within a week. During these trying times restaurants along with all of us try to adapt to the best of our ability to our new normal and Aroma Pizzeria is no exception. They have set-up several tables for out door dining. Not only was the food fantastic but the hard working owner "Jim" made sure service was just as excellent as the food he served. The menu is quite extensive and they also offer hamburgers that were amazing, something you might not expect see at many Italian/Pizza restaurants.They also offer a wonderful selection of cocktails and dessert choices too. I will be back again! PS: Pet friendly too at the outside tables.

My family and I had ordered almost all of their big items on the menu: Pizza, Pasta, Salad, Calamari, Egg Plant, Bruschetta, Shrimp
Pizza: The best crust and slice I have ever had in chicago
Pasta: Out of this world with all natural flavors. I ordered one to go and take home with me!
Salad: Sooooo delish perfect combination of flavors
Eggplant: AMAZINGGGG
Bruschetta: Perfect combination of crunch and tomatoes
Shrimp: SO crunchy and cooked to perfection!
Overall, this place is a GEM and my family and I are definitely coming weekly!
