Ordered the pescado rellenado (cream style stuffed fillet), was totally disappointed.
The fish tasted old and bland. Not fresh.
The fillet was supposed to be stuffed, but instead all the stuffing was on top of the fish.

My wife loves the pineapple seafood from here. The pineapple juice is absolutely delicious. I really like the shrimp, both the fried I had today and in garlic sauce.
The place is always clean and the staff is nice.

Went there Saturday for my husband's birthday. Wasn't busy and it was our 1st time there. Food was good but the server wasn't attentive. She did get our order and brought us our drinks but as soon as the food came we didn't see her. Keep in mind that it wasn't busy and I seen some of the servers just talking and standing there. The only one who asked if we were ok was the busser. After we ate some of our food we took the rest home, we were stuffed. She finally came to ask if we were OK and brought us boxes and our check. I'm a server and I get you don't want to bother the customer so much but its part of the job. I deducted a star because of that. I still gave her a bit more than 20% tip even though I seen other people leaving $5. Times are hard but you got to hustle. Lol. Hope she has better days.

One of my favorite places to always come and eat. Just wish the waiters weren’t so quick to chase u for a tip. Our server assumed we didn’t tip by looking at the receipt without knowing we left it on the table. She ran all the way to the exit to say ohhh I don’t know if u knew but the tip isn’t included just letting u know! Never had a waiter chase me for a tip

I am more than willing to drive 50 mintues from the suburbs to eat their cucaracha camarones. I have yet to find a place like this! The day this place ceases to exist is the day I will cease to exist. Enough said.

I gotta say, this is a real nice place to come and enjoy seafood!
Not your cantina smelly place with a bunch of drunks and loud music l on the side singing out loud "vivo de tres animales" which is one of my favorite but not while eating!
So let's talk about the food:

Really no complain for this location.

This place is so awesome! The portions and the quality match the price. The service was fast and always vigilant. I never had to track anyone down. Our food came out so fast we didn't even get through our appetizer. I greatly recommend starting with the ceviche. After that, any entree will be a good choice!

The food is excellent!!! But they have 2 bad thing , 1, the parking lot is really small , and is hard to find parking spot during the weekend , and 2 , at least 50 % of their business time , Their credit card ???? machine is out of service , so be prepared to pay cash !!! Other than that you will be forced to go to the bank get money and then leave ... but the food is one of the best sea food spots ????????

Really enjoyed my first time experience at this Mexican seafood style restaurant. I only have one complaint, for this restaurant to stop using plastic and styrofoam cups for every drink. That is so much waste for the environment and for the restaurant...they can save more money by washing cups. That's why they're getting 4 stars from me.
Other than that call out, the food was great and delicious. The portions were very generous. The free ceviche tostada when you first sit down is a great touch. The little salsas that they give you are also delicious and spicy. I had the stuffed pineapple and it was a great experience. I also had the best horchata here. Highly recommend for everyone to try this restaurant.

Excellent food!!! This place is one of my favorite places to go when visiting Chicago. Place is ok and there's always long time waiting to get a table, but is worth the wait. Size matters in this place, serving sizes are huge and lots of well balanced flavors in every dish we ordered, dishes are a kind of expensive, but seafood is always expensive anyway.
