We had a great time here. We went on a weekend morning and asked for a specific table (the only one not near a crying baby), which is a lot, and they were fairly nice about it. A really nice server who was working a different table took the time to bring our dog a water bowl and say hi to him, which was really appreciated. As far as food, the pastries were surprisingly the absolute best part. The busser kept the patio spotless and didn’t let us sit with any dirty plates, also appreciated. We will be back :)

Wonderfully tasty. Service isn't rushed but it's still prompt, You wont feel like you're being pushed out the door but your glass will never be empty. The food is thoughtful and balanced, perfect for a date night or catching up with an old friend. The price point is reasonable for a night out without breaking the bank, not an anniversary dinner but a "you got a promotion and we are celebrating" kind of dinner. Gemini has mastered the art of being a special night out without being pretentious.
The service is wonderful. If you're a bit picky, they are happy to offer wonderful suggestions that will make both your stomach and your palette happy. You're not confined to boring options here. They're creative and thoughtful in suggestions and you're sure to be both full, satisfied, and happy when you leave.

Fantastic tasting burger and truffle fries! The best way to start my Saturday was a trip to this sweet restaurant. Will be back again! Warm and friendly staff and open & stylish atmosphere!

One of our favorite Brunch and Dinner places. Every time we come we have amazing food and Service. This last time we had a waiter name Bill. He made our whole brunch experience so amazing. Checked in on drink order, suggested food options, and was over all an amazing person. Thank you for the fantastic service, can’t wait to come back

Everywhere I go these days, I always have to have an espresso martini. Gemini is up there as one of the city's best, in my opinion. The food and ambiance is also top notch. Our server was charming and made great food/drink recommendations. Such a great space!

Had such an AMAZING experience at Gemini! We were visiting Chicago just for the weekend and before visiting we watched a YouTube travel guide on restaurants to try and this place was recommended as one. Just from the video the food looked amazing, so we decided to give it a try. We originally had plans to go to Geminis for lunch at 12pm on a Saturday but didn't realize lunch started at 2pm, so we tried making dinner reservations instead, but we were told they were fully booked but if we tried arriving around 5:30-6pm we may be able to catch seats at the bar since they are full service at the bar as well. We figured we would give it a try and when we arrived, we were able to get two seats at the bar. The atmosphere was amazing, and the staff was super nice. I ordered the Squirtsky draft cocktail, which was delicious, and for an appetizer we ordered the warm parker house rolls which was SO GOOD! For dinner we both ordered the Maple Glazed Salmon with the truffle-parmesan fries and roasted cauliflower, and everything tasted AMAZING! Next time we visit Chicago we are for sure going back to Geminis!

I went to the opening many years ago and recently went back with my husband. I was amazed that it’s managed to still keep its vibe and quality of food and cocktails. They have the best fries in the city! Great date spot!

Overall, had a good experience here. The seating is kind of cramped which means the ambiance gets very loud. Drink menu has some decent cocktails but not many options, and nothing unique. The food was alright but the prices are high enough that I expect more.

Yummmy explains it all. We went for brunch and started with the pastry flight! The cinnamon role is so good, warm, and like a hug to your insides. Get two of the cinnamon rolls because one isn’t enough.
I also got the frittata which was fantastic. Ambiance was good, staff was nice, they had good indoor/outdoor seating choices and wait wasn’t too long. I would highly recommend!
Only weird thing: they only have small gas station style type ice pieces. So when you order an ice coffee it looks like soda ????. But it still tastes delicious!!

Nice atmosphere, food was quick to be brought out to the table and hot. Only complaint was the waitress wasn’t very attentive, especially for how slow it was (4:30pm). Only saw her when she took our order and eventually had to ask the host for condiments and water after waiting about 15 minutes with empty glasses.

Bad experience overall, the fries were overcooked, the club sandwich was made by ready made turkey slices and the burger of my friend was tasteless.
At the end, we got food poisoning for two days!
I'd never go there again or recommend it to anyone!
