Very nice Brazilian steakhouse experience, large selection of fruits and vegetables on the buffet. Bread and fried caramelized bananas were served at the table. In Brazilian steakhouse style, they will continuously bring multiple cuts of protein to your table, we choose from multiple cuts of steak, salmon, delicious grilled chicken, lamb chops, and beef ribs. We tapped out earlier (they keep bringing food until you flip the card to tell them stop). The place was well staffed, everyone was friendly, and I will return.

Honestly… if you’re going for brunch/lunch this is okay but for dinner it’s not worth it.
Although the salad bar looks pretty, a lot of the options did not taste that great. It was kinda chaotic, so many people were reaching all over each other, trying to get food, everyone is touching all the utensils. We waited almost 15 minutes after flipping our cards before someone brought any meat to our table. We pretty much had to flag the servers down to have them bring food to our table. The meats were okay but nothing wowed us. It’s like everything was cooked over heat but lacked and true flavor and richness except some of the beef items. The deserts were 6/10.
We saw our initial server once and never saw her again for the entire dining experience. Another young lady was very kind and tried to help us At the end, but when she brought the bill it was the wrong amount. We were seated before 2 PM and three staff members told us we were good for the brunch price because we were there before 2. At 3:17, they rang us out and charged us dinner prices, $100 more than the lunch. At first they did not want to honor our 1:45 PM reservation but after asking to speak to the manager, who never came, they eventually just fixed the check. All in all, my experience was rather underwhelming, and my family will likely not be back. After giving the server the payments it was another 20 minutes before she returned. It took 30 minutes total to leave after being brought the first of 3 bills. Too much incoordination and not enough decent food.

First time coming here and the endless supply of different varieties of meat was great. The salad bar was very good as well, just so much to eat. The ambiance was nice and our waiter Michael was one of the best waiters I have ever met in my life. So attentive, friendly and kept checking on us to see that our night was great! Will definitely be back and most surely can’t wait to bring out of town family and friends here. Great job Fogo, finally a restaurant in Chicago worth visiting over and over.

Amazing night out. First time coming here and the endless supply of different varieties of meat chicken and sausage was awesome. The salad bar was insane, just so much to eat and consume. The ambiance was lovely and our waitress Angie Cwynar was one of the best waitresses I have ever met in my life. So attentive, friendly and kept checking on us to see that our date night was going amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the strawberry cheesecake was out of this world! Totally mind blown. Will definitely be back and most surely can’t wait to bring out of town family and friends here. Great job Fogo, finally a restaurant in Chicago worth visiting over and over.

I've been to a few Brazilian Steakhouses. The variety here was great and the salad bar was top notch. The meat was flavorful, though a few of my steak slices were nearly all fat and the chicken was very overcooked. That being said, my kids loved it and I would return.

The restaurant looks very nice and pleasant, beautiful decorations and lights. The food (meat) was delicious and had nice seasoning. The salad bar has nice selections.
Service was pretty confusing because we did not know who was our server. The guys with the meat did a great job and were polite. One the server was very nice with us.
At the end of the meal we asked for the check and that's where the things went downhill. We gave 2 credit cards for the check to be split evenly, he was gone for around 15 minutes, came back and apologized that was a glitch at the computer but did not explain that the glitch was that he charged one of us 3 times the amount on one of the credit cards. Ended up speaking to the manager who said "The extra charge will fall off at the end of the night when they close the system".
24 hours later the triple charge is still there. That is enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth.

What a great experience! I had a couple drinks and the picanha burger at the bar. The bar attendant (Paloma) delivered an outstanding service. She’s very knowledgeable and prompt to the customer’s requests with work ethic. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend her to keep moving up in the company.
It’s a place to come back!!

A fantastic night! I just moved to Chicago and finally was able to make it here. Upscale but cozy ambiance, the food was phenomenal and the service was top tier. All servers are very attentive. Carlos, my server for the night, even dropped off a treat to top off the night. I will definitely be back and will be sure to bring my family from out of town here.

This was my first time here with my wife and I. They're food is delicious ???? and their service is great. They beat any steakhouse where we live. So many different kind of meats, vegetables, fruit, and dessert. I loved it. For sure a must if you never been here before. So so good ????????????????

The experience here was immaculate! Our first date of the year:) the cheese bread was so delicious and the meats kept coming! Perfect temperature and amazing manager Carlos and server Tania made our experience even better with the personalized dessert! There’s more to say but it’s best when experienced! Definitely coming back!!!

We had a fun fun time here. The food is delicious and the service was great. The salad bar is extensive and fresh. The meats are all amazing…even a simple chicken was incredible. The system they have in place is a little coaster next to your plate that you flip green or red to communicate whether or not you would like more meat or if you are not ready yet. It was hard to ever turn any down but your plate would get very full very quickly. We would highly recommend this place.

Simply amazing! Great atmosphere & very inviting. The food bar is simply elegant with so many choices for awesome foods. There wasn't a single time I tried that didn't taste delicious. Then let's talk the table side meat selections. Everything present looked and tasted outstanding. What a perfect evening dining with my daughter for my birthday. Thanks to all the staff who were very professional and welcoming.
