We live in the area and have been here a couple of times. This morning my sister and her friend were carjacked at gun point and they wanted wings and a burger. I brought them here thinking we would receive good service as before however the server we got was very rude. She did not smile at all. Since my sister had not ate all morning we were ready to order but had to wait more than 15 minutes after being seated. I asked for another server and he was no better. He messed up our order and was not attentive. The food runner was rude as well. Since our server was not attentive, we asked him for hot sauce and he told us to ask our server in a harsh tone. Since the server messed up the order, the food runner brought four burgers when we ordered two. He gave us attitude when we told him we only ordered two. Such a shame! The food is good and after the morning my sister had, I thought bringing her here would be amazing. Sadly, very poor customer service today. I will not recommend this place anymore.

I’ve never had a bad experience. Staff is super friendly. I only come during brunch and early evening hours, so I can’t speak on how it is when it’s packed. Try the Southern salad with crispy chicken bites. Best Mexican salad ever!

Great spot for a large group for sports or brunch. Loud speakers playing 2000s jams. Wait Service was okay - not really committed to friendly service. Bartenders were extremely friendly. Would recommend sitting at the bar.

Staff was great, but my friend and I had to sit next to each other in the booth just to hear each other and we still had to shout. Sound from the game was wayyyy too loud. There also seemed to be a disconnect between the kitchen and bar because we ordered appetizers and a meal and got both before we received our drinks, not a huge deal. Like I said, the staff was great.

I've been here a few times and I was very pleased with the food and service. Today 5/11/22 I decided to go out for dinner. We sat outside our waitress was Raquel, I always try to understand them because I know its a stressful job. Yet Raquel went out of her way to make this a horrible experience. She never smiled not once she never introduced herself. Water was never brought to us until 40 minutes after we had been sitting. Our whole ordering experience took forever. We ordered desert which we never received so we just asked for the check. When she gave us the check she threw it on the table. I always tip 20 or 25% but I only tipped her 10% and she is lucky I even tipped this was the worst service I've ever received also my food was incorrect and I didn't make a fuss

There is an abundance of seating and the staff was very attentive! The food was just okay. Go here for the drinks and atmosphere!

Place is cool, I've been there a few times. Service on top. But the last time I was there (4.10.22 around 5pm) with my friend, the host wasn't too friendly. Maybe she was a bartender covering for someone? Because her attitude would indicated she wasn't hosting before. Not very inviting, friendly, just not bubbly - like the host should be. ( Talking from experience as I've been a host as well)
Other than that for all the times a was there I did enjoyed the place.

We showed up on a busy night, but still only waited less than 15 mins for a table for 2. It was our first time there. Very spacious. Lots going on, sports playing, music keeping us vibing, the staff was super friendly and attentive. I ordered the impossible burger, my 1st time trying that burger, I couldn't even tell it wasn't meat! So freaking good. Sweet potato fries were fried perfectly and the Brussel sprouts were absolutely delicious. Ariel was our waitress, she was the sweetest. We stayed way past our dinner time, but she never made us feel like we were lingering too long. Definitely going back in the future. The drink was the watermelon mule, which was not as sweet as I had hoped, but it was still a delicious drink.

You have to check out their new A Christmas Story Pop Up! It’s spectacular! Even if you don’t like the movie, go for their decorations, lights, Christmas treee and food and cocktails! Nice date spot too!

The burger was enormous and took 2 meals. Each end of the burger was encased in a grilled cheese sandwich. Phenomenal fries. The tap list was very generic but there were a few items on the the bottle list peaked my interest. I ordered a 3 philosophers by ommegang and you could tell that keg was very old. It was flat and tasted very off. It was undrinkable. I know this beer well and this was gross. Also everything on the food and drink menu was extremely overpriced even considering the proportions and how delicious the burger was.
