This place is very unprofessional I only asked the lady who was taking my order what vegetables are in the pad tai and she rolled her eyes at me and belittled me saying it’s vegetables I don’t know what they put . I asked her to ask the cook and she continued to rolled her eyes then turned her back at me . Saying things under her breath and I said to her I will take my money somewhere else . This place doesn’t deserve one star. Very rude and unprofessional!

Very delicious and well prepared. Entrees are fantastic and well portioned, and the Japanese dumplings are perfectly crisped.

Placed an order online and it turned out they did not have one of the meals in my order so they refunded me for it, which of course is great, but they did not alert me to this in anyway, so when the food arrived, we were short one person’s whole order. I appreciate not charging, but they could have called to see if we wanted to order something else instead.
Totally poor customer service. First and last time ordering from this spot.

Placed a order for delivery costing $129.21. Terrible food. Their egg rolls are good. Their fried rice is great. Ordered here three times before. Ordered 2 large sweet& sour chicken and 1 large orange chicken at $11.50 each. The orange chicken has a strong taste of lemon. It taste like lemon pledge furniture polish. The sweet & sour chicken has strong taste of green pepper. Called to complain and won't take it back. Told them I can't eat it. Told we are running low on orange we might have used lemon. Just a little. Not too much. It's the same. Will not order here again. Wouldn't honor coupon on their menu flyer. Not sure if new management. The food does not taste the same anymore. Terrible Terrible. Today is September 2,2022

I would stay away.
I ordered several dishes, most of which were overcooked and a day or two old.
The place is dingy and tired.

What's not to like: Great food, nice people! ENG's is about the best Chinese food going in the area. We get it once or twice a month. The only downside is the egg rolls are okay, not awesome, but okay. The main food is great. Love ENG's

I order from here a lot, the same thing every time, a large spicy kimchi rice but for some reason today they gave plain rice with a little kimchi in it I never had a problem with ordering this before now I know U Have to Taste Your FOOD before U LEAVE otherwise you'll find out when u get home but by then it's too late who wants to take the ride back for refund ☹????

Food is adequate, but customer service is terrible. Ordered twice from them. Very abrupt on the phone, 1st time resulting in wrong item being delivered. No big deal. 2nd time delivery took almost 2 hours! When I called after 1 hour 15, I was told it was on the way, and they hung up on me. I called after 1 hour 45 to ask (politely) about canceling the order, she again hung up on me. It finally came, I tipped the driver, and I will never order from them again.

Japanese tofu with two mushrooms ???? was great ???? 5 stars
Salt n pepper smelts and tofu also 5 stars ⭐️
Everything else was pretty mediocre 2.
Green beans a bit old and lacking in freshness
Eggplant ???? in garlic sauce has very little eggplant but plenty of onion fillers
The pineapple ???? fried rice used to be their signature but this last order was literally some old rice with veggies that didn’t blend in too well
Pepper beef ???????????? most of the dish was bones which is not a bad thing if the meat is done ok. However the meat was stringy and after some chewing, it just won’t break. We dumped it.
I do want to support local business and hope they will reduce the number of dishes and cook great tasting food like they used to.
