Wish we could give extra stars! Wonderful BBQ spot with a large menu of classic Southern items and local PHX inspired fare. Super friendly and helpful staff answered all our questions and set us up with everything we needed.
We got the onion rings as an appetizer with housemade ranch. Very light, crispy and flavorful. My husband ordered the Brontosaurus ribs - NOT an exaggeration - with the side salad and steak fries. I got the pulled pork platter with Mac n cheese and BBQ beans. Both meals came with warm rolls and cinnamon butter.
The ribs were super meaty - he took half home - and perfectly cooked. The salad was crisp, fresh and flavorful. The pulled pork was tender and nicely sauced. The Mac n cheese was done right - homestyle with just the right amount of cheese. The beans were over the top!!! Spicy, sweet, hearty - what's not to like?
The buns and cinnamon butter beat Texas Roadhouse hands down. Highly recommend this entire experience and suggest getting there early. We got there around 5 on a Wednesday and by the time we left it was filling up.
Extra notes: televisions with a variety of sports in booths and all around the restaurant. Very patriotic decor with motorcycle parking out front. It ticks all the boxes.

First time visit to Dillon's. Got invited by some old friends from the Corvette club. What a cool place. The food is amazing. Service was perfect. Loved looking at the flags. I had the catfish with mashed taters and mac n cheese. I was so busy catching up with everyone that I forgot to take some pix of the food. We'll be back so there will be a next time. Thanks Dillon and team.

I like BBQ and all that goes with it! The service was good front the takeout side. The beans and Mac were way above average... the brisket and the ribs were not the best I've had. The brisket and ribs I received were under seasoned, maybe none at all. Good smoke flavor. The brisket while soaked in juice was still dry. I will give it another shot just to have some of those beans.

First time & possibly last, if you order the ribs or the brisket please ask for an extra glass of water because that meat was dryer than lake mead right now. I genuinely did not finish my meal because every meat was dry. This is not a Bbq restaurant, this place is a BAR THAT SALES BBQ RELATED ITEMS and it shows in the quality of the food.

Definitely a good place for dinner. I was just a little disappointed with the lack of burnt ends on the menus and loud music. We went last night and found out after sitting down that they were not serving burn ends which was a major disappointment. The service was fantastic though and the wait staff really stepped up their game. My other complaint was that the band was very loud. I love a good band but during the dinner hour it was tough to have a conversation with anyone at our table. Overall the food was good and the server recommended items were spot on. I do recommend this place but maybe check to see if the band is playing if that’s not your thing.

Sat at a high top table in the bar. Arrived at 5pm during happy hour. Draft premium beer was $4.50. A blues band was setting up for music at 6 on a Friday night. Had the beef brisket platter....it was excellent. Service, music, food, atmosphere.....all top notch. Will be back!

We just had dinner here! A friend recommended this place I am not a fan of BBQ too much specially with me prediabetic but we wanted to give it a try so we did! I was able to choose from the menu something that was not bad at all! I had the bone in chicken with today's vegetable which was asparagus and a side of coleslaw. My kids had chicken tenders with the fries and hubby ordered chicken club sandwich and we had the pork nachos for appetizer. We dont drink alcohol but I heard the server say they had happy hour for surten drinks. The server was very nice and patient since my kids were in sort of a 'mood'! He was attentive and to our surprise the place has live music on weekends! They had a good bit! I had a few steps with my daughters! Good family environment for the day hours at least! Place was clean, hostesses greeted us with a smile and said bye too!

Man they have some really good food. I know we all automatically go straight to the BBQ but they've also incisors those great flavors all across their menu. It's really good stuff. I had the stew and it was amazing! If you are around looking for some great food, go to Dillons KC BBQ+

First time we visited Dillon’s. Very busy place, but u was surprised that we got a table much sooner than they expected. Definitely a huge sports bar- lots of TVs. It was a Friday night with live music- the band played 70’s and 80’s music and they were amazing! My husband ordered the Ancho burger with a side of Mac n cheese. Both were very delicious! I ordered a unique salad, Caesar salad with brisket ends. While it was interesting and good, I probably wouldn’t order it again.

I'm not sure it was the best BBQ, but it was pretty good. The brisket didn't seem very moist. The server was very friendly and efficient and it was darn near the best potato salad I've ever tried! The Salted Caramel dessert was way smaller than I anticipated for the price. A chocolate cake with pretty good as well.
