So - every time I try a new place I get the Old fashioned because it's my favorite cocktail and tells you a lot about the bar's abilities to make a cocktail. I probably had a hundred of different old fashioned and the one I had at Bourbon Steak was amazing, easily top 5. We decided to stay and eat at the bar which was a great choice due to the menu options specifically for the bar. Spoiler : the food was terrific.
Decided to try a cocktail I never had before, the handlebar, and I was blown away.
Michael was an amazing Bartender and made our experience a night to remember. Highly recommend this place.

Went in for a casual dinner, left with a wonderful experience! Our server Stewart was fantastic. He was so attentive and detailed, we enjoyed every moment. The food was delicious, everything came out excellent, our steak was cooked to perfection. Their pasta dishes were phenomenal (we inhaled those quick so didn’t get a picture). The ambiance and decor of the restaurant was great as well.
I highly suggest making a reservation. Parking was easiest at the Americana parking garage and then we just walked to the restaurant. They validate.

Good quality steak. Lots of cut to choose from. The interior design is stylish modern. Staff are friendly. Overall very happy with the place.

Randomly found this amazing spot. Highly recommend! Steak and ahi tuna weee very good. Mashed and Mac both were unreal. Live music made the atmosphere perfect. Service was very good as well.

Lovely, warm, and elegant restaurant with excellent food. My husband and I sat at the bar, had a drink and shared a crab cake and some duck spring rolls. SO delicious! The bar tender made great drinks and was extremely friendly…great service! The live piano music was right next to us and sounded amazing! I can’t wait to come back for a special occasion and have a full meal!!

Two of my favorite things in the name, and both were excellent! I was very happy with the bourbon sampling and suggestions. The Delmonico Ribeye was fantastic! ???? Our waiter and the service was awesome!

Me and my boyfriend of 5 years came here for our anniversary and it was one of those most enjoyable nights we've ever had. From the hostess to our amazing waiter, to each staff member saying "Happy Anniversary" and even the manager greeting us as we left, it just shows how caring and wonderful this restaurant truly is. Our waiter went above and beyond to explain to this plain Jane mom of 2 what the fancy steaks were and recommend a great meal. The sommelier (aka ???? wine lady) brought me a glass of wine that tasted like candy and loved it. And if that wasn't amazing enough, our fantastic waiter brought us dessert made of 18k gold ice cream and a candle to blow out as a surprise. I'm ALL about the small touches and worth every penny and cant wait to go back for Mother's Day and every special holiday. I felt like Cinderella and didn't want to turn back into a pumpkin.

Had the Prime Delmonico Ribeye. Much better than steakhouse chains, including the higher end ones. The Michael’s Ahi Tartare was very fresh and had a unique flavor profile, very tasty. The Bourbon Steak Sauce was also great. Also had the Braised Pork Shank, Creamed Spinach, and fries which were all decent. Looking forward to the next visit to try more!
They validate parking for 3 hours for the Americana parking structure.

Absolutely incredible, wonderful wait staff, I've spent much more for an inferior meal. The Mushroom Trio and wagyu potatoes are the standout sides (we ordered all of them to be sure), and the tomahawk steak was melt in your mouth perfect!

We ate here while in town to celebrate our anniversary and it was pretty good. My wife had the pork chops and I had the filet. We shared a side of their Mac and cheese which was good. They gave us a complimentary dessert and champagne as well. The service was fantastic. I couldn’t give 5 stars because I’ve been to steak houses that were better and more reasonable on prices.
