My mom has been wanting to go to this restaurant. I decide to take her for her birthday along with some family members. The food at this restaurant was the lowest quality of food I have ever tasted. The server did not receive the proper training to do her job. The margaritas tasted like juice, the server did know how to pour tap beer, and I offered to help her out, but she did not respond back to me. After she made a few attempts to pour the beer, I finally received my beer it wasn't chilled, but I drank it. I ordered the salpicón plate, and the beef they used had a fishy/expired taste I didn't eat it. My uncle wanted his meat well done and they served it to him medium rare. My dad's friend never received his order, and when we asked the server about the order, she came back to tell us that they were out of the meat. My sister who is a chef did not eat the food she ordered because it was way overcooked, and asked to speak to the owner. When he finally came over to talk to us, he offered 10% off our order and, the next meal on him. We respectfully declined because we love to eat good quality food, we will not put ourselves through that misery again. The owner should not have charged us for the food we did not eat. I really hope this business can work on building a solid team that cares about the customer experience and the quality of their food. As of right now, this business feels like it's just taking money away from the Guatemalan community and from what I saw and read there is not any effort to make this change just excuses.

If you have no taste buds or never had good food made with love jack and the box is better then this food was not eddible my sons chicken nuggets tasted like fish grey on the inside and the owner calms it’s not his fault because they buy it from a vendor he said “ all we do throw them in the fryer that’s it” which is even worse you can’t even do that right. Plating was horrible as well who ever is back there is just cashing a paycheck no love for job all the plates they served food was old and tasted of fish oil maybe using the same cutting boards and oil for the all the food the salsa had Vinegar to mask the taste of it. Everything we wanted they were out of so safe to think our food was going to be fresh wrong terrible way to end my mother’s birthday the bill was $181.30 owner gave us 10% off of food we didn’t even touch the plates of food and the restaurant was empty and the food still took 40 to an hour to make it to the table probably trying to salvage the rotten food they had.

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could, we went today with a party of 10 we made reservations 2 days ago, we get there and they say they don’t even have our reservation so it takes about 20 min to get seated. We then get seated and no one comes around to give us anything we ordered 2 trays of appetizers and drinks and our orders and an hour later they gave us 2 rounds of drinks (because we asked) 1 basket of chips … FOR THE WHOLE TABLE… and our appetizers AFTER we went and complained to the owner. (The table behind us came after us and got their tray of appetizers first. ) it was my grandmas bday and the food only got worse. The carne asada was green! The carne adobada was both overcooked and undercooked at the same time, had no flavor was half bone and my cousin received a piece of tin foil in the beans. The pollo en crema was gross, they served us spoiled salsa! It was sour and had a spoiled taste. And everyone got sick afterwards. And they had the nerve to charge us $300!!!!!!!! For that horrible experience!!! Took 2 hours and nobody finished their food except for 1 person. 4 out of 10 plates we only took 2 bites and left it all there! The waiter was rude and disrespectful and the owner even knew my grandma said he remembered her and even danced with her a little. If that doesn’t at least deserve decent service idk what does. BEWARE!!!! Stay away!!! Gross food, incompetent service, you have to pay for parking, and you get food poisoning and OVERPRICED!! My family and I were all very mad and dissapointed. Never ever ever going back.

Honestly one of the worst experiences. Getting seated was quick, but we sat down for maybe 1 1 /2 hours with 10 people. In those 1 1/2 hours. We got 2 rounds of water, 2 rounds of alcoholic drinks, 1 basket of chips and salsa. For the whole table.
When we finally got our food about an hour in, the salsa accompanying the food had gone bad was extremely sour. The meat (Carne asada) had a green tint to the fully cooked meat. The cream pollo was awful. And one of beans came with aluminum foil in the bowl.
The fried bananas were amazing!!! Only redeeming quality.

Food was good but the service was horrible. After waiting about 45 minutes for a table we ordered our drinks and 2 of our requests didn't arrive until after we reminded our waiter, almost everyone else at our table was done with their original drinks by then , that's how long it took.
We placed our food order which took about another 40 minutes to get. We never got our appetizer and our son was left without his order for additional 20 minutes. I ended up giving him my plate and when they brought out his order it was a cheeseburger...we had ordered plantains and beans.
When we got the bill they had charged us for the appetizer we never actually got to which our waitress said we would still need to pay (card) and we would be refunded in cash because they can't modify the order? Very strange.
The taste of the food was good , I truly wish their service was better that would have made our experience much more pleasant.

Food is good BUT the service is TERRIBLE and dont answer phone calls ignore you when you are waiting to be seated, as if you dont exist.And the wait to be seated is BAD, over an hour when we had reservations. No point in reserving. Also once ordered online and when I got there to pickup my food, I was told someone had canceled my order, which is strange because I drove over 50 miles just to go pick it up. Like I said food is good, Service is Terrible.

The food was ok. The service was really bad. First they took an hour to get our food out and we only order 2 plates. If they know that they are going to take a long time at least they should give complimentary chips and salsa buy they charge for that. Second, time to pay they charge us 18% for service charges because we were 4 people . It was only my husband, myself, 6yr old daughter and 1yr old daughter.

Exceptionally service, Food has very traditional flavor..authenticity is 100%. I do recommend you try this spot.
