The tacos were very delicious, had a taste of Mexico, the agua fresca as well, everything was great except for one detail, one of the cooks won’t stop staring at me , made me feel uncomfortable, I almost complained but I didn’t want to ruin the tacos eating experience, it was the guy with the hat ????.
Other than that everything else was great, the lovely lady who took my order and the other cook who kept it respectful.

Delicious tacos!! I gave up all meat for lent so when I stopped by for the first time I had to pass on all the wonderful pork, steak, chicken tacos. That's ok, I had the shrimp & beans/cheese tacos - yummy!! I think the thing that really makes these tacos are the thick corn tortillas, I've never had a tortilla like theirs! So good!! Never fell apart, nice and sturdy to hold all tasty guts inside! I'll definitely be coming back once lent is over, can't wait for that time!!

Amazing food as always. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for and even though this location has a slightly higher price per item than other Mexican eateries in the area, the quality more than makes up for it. They get their fresh masa next door so you know that the tortillas will be the freshest you have ever had. The ingredients are not skimped upon and are top rate and delicious. Parking is a pain in the butt but that is the area and Los Angeles in general but it's well worth a small hike.

So good. I tried sampler first and it turned out I loved everyone of them.

It was my first time trying out Guisados. And it didn't disappoint. I tried four different types of tacos. And each taco had its own unique flavor. I would recommend to anyone. Definitely going back!

My go-to for a quick bite when in town. Shrimp taco and cheese tamale. Super refreshing juices, melon and jamaica. Parking can be tricky. Tamale this time wasn’t the right temp, but still delicious.

So darn good! Will be coming back for more. The tacos a la mexicana could use more salt and balance however! Was a bit on the bland side.

Not much choices but tacos, the best of all steak with handmade tortillas. Tamales is an option. Quesadillas and Aguas frescas. Price felt just perfect from what you get.

Always freshly made tortillas which makes this place top notch. All of their tacos are tasty and bursting with flavor... Even the veggie ones. I typically get the sampler which comes with 6 mini tacos of my choice but if you know what you like, the regular tacos are bigger and come with more.

In my opinion, it’s not very hard to mess up a taco. You pick your meat or non-meat, season it or let it sit in marinade, cook it, and place it on a tortilla, flour or otherwise. Anytime I would go anywhere serving tacos I understood that even if it wasn’t a good taco, it meant it really wasn’t very bad. The only thing that would come across my mind is that “I’ve had better.” Having this very simplistic views about one of my favorite foods made me realize one thing after coming to Guisados. I’ve been happy with setting the bar very low. These tacos are delicious. That might be putting it too simply, but by definition, that’s what these tacos are. I tried 3 tacos. De Chicharrón, Tinga, and steak in salsa roja. Bomb. I have no doubt the rest of the food would be as delectable as the tacos.I washed it all down with some Horchata. Horchata was a touch on the sweet side but, that’s not stopping me one bit. Hope to be back soon and try the rest of the menu.
