Service has really gone downhill. Repeatedly missed orders, server not even coming once to check on tables other than the 4 ones right near the front. The lady server is probably the most inefficient I've seen and have seen this multiple times. We were so frustrated that we weren't getting any of the items we ordered from 30 min ago and this is a cook your own bbq so it doesn't take long. Icing on the cake is she was stuffing her face and having a good time while customers were waiting.
On top of that, the costs are pretty high for what you get. Be ready to spend atleast $50+ per person with subpar service. Unfortunately, there's not many alternatives nearby other than Feng Mao and another location down the street but service seems to be better there and prices just barely cheaper.
Long wait if you come past 730 on any given weekday and longer on weekends. We will be avoiding this place until service is better.

The food was not bad but the customer experience was bad. They didn’t include a bill with detailed costs. They calculated tips with after tax amount. They didn’t provide spill proved container for take outs. The rices are super expensive.

An overall delicious BBQ experience. The quality of the lamb meat was great and I also liked the dipping sauces they provided for the skewers (especially the dry chili powder). Still not quite the exact flavor profile I was looking for (more cumin and spices would be great, plus the potato slices should be thinner), I was hoping to find very similar tastes as the ones on the streets of China (I may have unrealistic expectations). The malatang portion was so big, and you can’t customize the ingredients you want in it, though the flavor/soup base is very good. Service was great as well.

Rude.. Be careful. They enforced the tip…umm i was enforced to pay tip for the dinner and i felt awkward. I didn’t find something special service and waited almost 50 min but they caught me when outside and yelled to me that you should give us the tip for the dinner. Umm.. Excuse me? That is my decision..to do so. I don’t want to make big noise so i paid for the tip but my feeling was worst. Rude restaurant ever

Great meal. The lamb Skewers were delicious and it hit the spot. There is an auto rotator for the skewers and it makes it so easy to cook the food over the fire and coals. There were so many options I’m looking forward to coming back again. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and had a cozy atmosphere. You could park in street nearby but there was a cheap $2 valet service to park inside at night and they were professional.

This place is simply the best Chinese-Korean place I’ve ever been to. Food is just simply amazing. Along with the rolling skewers, I was amazed by the lamb soup. I woke up craving it the next day.
Five stars for this place for tasty food, cleanliness, great customer service and good atmosphere.
No wonder why many of my friends suggested this place and why my bf came two times this week alone. I can’t wait to be back here again and again.
