I used to love this place, especially their California burrito but I’m sick and tired of getting the wrong order and order again, every SINGLE time… And this time I’m completely DONE! My order is completely wrong, the tacos definitely were made yesterday or 5 years ago, my burrito has meat in it even though I said “no meat” and it has some other things I don’t even know what… And the chips must be made with ice as well. Never, but ever would spend my time or my money! So don’t go guys!

Never going again! Super rude customer service. I went on my birthday got bad service. Went again recently , I'm not sure if they knew it was us. Rude once again, but this time our nachos came with hair. Not 1 hair multiple hairs cooked in. No one ever came to apologize or nothing. Bad experiences to be paying for aint worth it at all! 0 stars

The service was exceptional; everyone was friendly and attentive, BUT the food was mediocre. The mole was incredibly sweet, by far the sweetest I've had (I've taken into consideration that mole is unique, so if you like sweet, this may be your thing). I couldn't take more than one bite. The presentation was nice, however.

Ordered some salmon enchiladas but WOW, they were way to spicy. I couldn't eat them. I like spicy but these were fire. If you like super spicy this is your dish. I couldn't handle the heat. Wife had vegetables plate which was delicious. Taquitos were average.

April 2022 - Went on a Wednesday for lunch. We had a group of 12 so we made reservations but we were the only table during this time.
Food/Pricing - Price is so worth the portions you get! The steak fajita burrito was so so yum! Also the horchata was SO good!!
Service/Ambiance - Very attentive and friendly service! Parking can be difficult, there's limited street parking and very limited parking spots located in the back of the restaurant, you have to drive through the alley to get to it.

We always get the best service from Mario! ???? He is on top on his stuff AND other waiter's as well. Wish his other cowkrs shared his work ethic. Noticed him serving every table and coming around to check on everyone while the other waiter rarely came around ????

limited metered parking in the front and restaurant parking in the back. We parked in the back and we were greeted with a water fountain and covered outdoor seating, we took the stairs with wrought iron railing and walked into a hacienda theme style decor with Spanish style flooring recess lighting and skylight. Loved the ambience. We had a huge party and they gladly accommodated us. We were served with complimentary black and Brown chips that tasted fresh and warm, they came with two salsas, traditional restaurant style and another red salsa that had a kick. Ordered a Pacifico Michelada, which was tasty and for dinner I ordered the Mojara a La Diabla: Not on the menu however a quick check with the cook and they were able to accommodate. Unfortunately It was the last dish to be served, The fish was delicious and the Diabla sauce was bomb! It came with a fluffy and delicious cup of rice and a little saucer of beans and cheese that were delicious, and homemade corn tortillas were soft, hot and so tasty that I used them to dip the Diabla sauce till all of it was all gone. The wife had the Steak and chicken fajitas they were absolutely delicious. My brother in law ordered a Ceviche de Camaron, the presentation was on point however it was NOT fresh. The few shrimp that was included was frozen and the entire dish looked dry, had no flavor and it had tons of tomato. We sent it back and they took it off our bill. Our table service was ok, our waiter could have used an extra hand to ensure everyone always had some kind of refreshment, at least water. He forgot one of our to-go orders that was placed when we were originally ordering. Overall it was a good experience. We appreciated the accomodations. And the phone calls to confirm our reservations. Thanks again

Casa fine is a lovely place for any occasion or just simply have a nice lunch. Always beautiful, clean and delicious! The reason I’m taking off one star is because on my last visit for mother’s day we unfortunately had a terrible waiter, first he couldn’t answer questions, he didn’t seem to know anything. Second the forgot a couple of our drinks and we had to keep asking for them. And lastly he overcharged us by by something like $60.
