Food was great and hot but they need more help as it took 40mins longer than promised to get my pick up order. They do have signs saying hiring for all positions. The girl at the front was nice the whole time. She needs a Bonus.

Barro's pizzas are delicious and affordable prices. This location is nice inside and also has an outdoor patio area. Their staff is friendly.

This pizza place definitely exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great and Devin went above and beyond to make our first visit one to remember. Definitely recommend and will be back soon!

Better in Goodyear!! Pizza wasn't bad but not good. The crust wasn't good like I'm use to in other locations. Ordered my fav the Kona pizza. With teriyaki sauce, chicken and pineapples. Staff was ok. Not good customer service. Kinda like the I don't want to be here additude.

We often order from this location for our Friday night pizza night. Pies are tasty, well-priced.
This evening while making the online order, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong salad. I immediately called the restaurant and asked if they could please make the edit- I did quick menu research to be sure the prices of each salad (both w/out chicken) were the same, so there’d be no extra charge or credit. The server told me that no, they couldn’t make the change because the salads were NOT the same price and couldn’t void and redo the transaction because it was an online order. I pointed out that the menu lists both salads as $7.99 and she argued that they were not. She was then apparently grew tired of customer service and hung up on me.
Wow.
Tonight, I guess we both lost -
me, my appetite and Barro’s Central, a regular customer.

I had pizzas delivered the driver was nice but the pizzas was cold and was not in a heated carrier.the pizzas were not good as my first experience at different location.
2nd attempt giving the benefit of doubt. Order the subs and they were not hot again and we picked the up. They were not made not even close to the picture of the sandwiches. It was more veggies than meat, the bread again cold and did not look inviting to eat.. Advise them that items order were not correct. Was advised to come back for correction. Drive back to store and was asked if I brought the food back. I explained I was not advise to return them since we threw them away. No refund and no correction sandwiches. Will never eat at the store place again.

Good pizza, subs are great too and better taste and quantity and better prices than subway as well. Definitely recommended. Been here a buncha times and never had problems with the service personally. Staffing problems are rampant everywhere so if that plays into it to me its just a sign of the times

What more can you say about Barro's? Ask me! I am always ordering pizza and I alternate between pizzerias here downtown because each has a unique style and taste that I love, and I but may not always be in the mood for. Not when it comes to Barro's, but though. I love ordering from this Central & Virginia location as they are always on point with every aspect of the service. Pizza is always cooked to perfection, especially when I've asked for one of my specific idiosyncratic methodologies to cooking the always extra cheese, and whatever variating protein I've chosen that day to appeal to my taste buds. I love the service with a smile for their deliveries and their price points are always consistent, and extremely fair for the excellent quality of pizza. The only thing I could suggest is a free one for next time. I kid, I kid...

If you are looking for great wings and pizza look no further. Barro's has nice crust for their pizza. Wings with ranch and side of veggies hit the spot. Great service as always.

the service was average, quality was excellent, atmosphere was warm & inviting it made you want to stay and relax, had the Barro's Special which is comparable to a supreme pizza, the bread was very fresh and so where the toppings. One of the best pizza's I've had in Arizona so far. would definitely recommend this pizza.
