I LOVE BLACK ANGUS STEAK HOUSE... Me and my partner love to treat ourselves to a nice date here once in a while ...
Wait time is usually about 20 min if your early for dinner other than that show up late and expect atleast a 30min+ wait..
The extended walls on the booth seating is awesome it provides more privacy and time for conversation.
The food is great we typically get the filet mignon and the two lobster tails about a $60 plate comes with two sides.. the asparagus is ALWAYS delicious. And seasoned to perfection. The filet is to die for.
I noticed more folks typically order the ribeye.. it is a bit cheaper but I'd rather go filet.. I'd recommend it to anyone it is always cooked exactly how I ask and is Soooo tender when cutting or eating it!!
Lobster is also always great perfect with the butter it comes served with on the side..
The macaroni is HOUSE MADE and so creamy! Kids or adults would definitely enjoy if you are a macaroni/pasta enthusiast!!! Topped off with some crispy crunchies also!! My favorite!!
I noticed some steakhouse will still use Kraft ???????????? BLAH disgusting !!!
Staff and waitress/waiters are always extremely friendly and efficient.. anything I need is retrieved quickly and curtiously with a smile on their face...
I typically spend around $100 including a good tip while splitting a meal with my partner but it sure is enough food for the both of us!! Typically we do add one extra side..
With our last visit to Black Angus we decided not to choose a side but to go with an appetizer.. the loaded potato skins was our choice ... Super delicious..
I could tell they were slightly crunchy a tad over cooked but still DELICIOUS.. .. good enough that I would definitely order them again.. I'd consider this a very MINOR complaint (if that).
The loaded potato boats surely give me a bite of comfort food. The potato's are served with sour cream.. but please ask for ranch to dip them in.. it's the best!!! You can't go wrong!!
I do have a picture of the loaded potatoes.. unfortunately my meal looked so good coming to my table I did eat it before snapping any pics !! Sorry!! Will update my post with next visit..
Please keep up the great attitudes Black Angus.. I not only enjoyed the food but most important the service and hospitality as a guest. Thank you!

Your standard chain steakhouse. I love me some bread and butter but the food overall isn’t too exciting. You can see that by the dishes. It got the job done tho, and the staff was friendly.

Good food. Not worth the price however. Steak was not cooked to my preference. Lobster was dry. Good customer service.

We love this Steakhouse! From the minute you walk in you feel like family. The service, for us is at the bar with Shara. She is spot on, always in motion from table service, the bar & making every drink for the dining room. The cocktails, always fresh n fabulous looking, the menu- always offering something new, the cleanliness of the place and the events; cook-offs, dinner pairing events, seasonal offerings and take out meat holiday packages. My boyfriend has his staple: prime rib n lobster tails and I get something different each time and it's always fantastic! We dine here 3-5 X a month.

I made a reservation online for a dinner to celebrate mine and my wife’s anniversary. There was a note section and I asked if I could get a table where there wasn’t busy foot traffic so we could have a more quiet space to enjoy our special time together and if possible get a little thing that said happy anniversary at the table to surprise my wife.
When we showed up for our reserved time, we entered with no one to greet us at the door and no one attended to us until a family came in behind us. The staff (2-3 people) all started talking to the family that cane in after us and looked right past us (and walked around us to talk to them). I talked to the lady that was least involved in the conversation about our reservation and asked if they saw it online (hoping to get our request). The conversation loudly continued as we waited to seated and when we got to our table we were sat next to a loud table right next to the checkout station (very loud and busy part of the restaurant).
Multiple times we had to stop our waitress to ask for things. We waited a long time for simple requests like refills. Luckily our food was okay. I would give it a 7 out of 10.
It was a sad experience to spend as much money as we did to be treated as lesser important customers than the other tables and especially the family that entered behind us.
We were disappointed in our experience and are unlikely to return or suggest it to others.

The food was good, the young ladies at the front were welcoming. We were there to celebrate a birthday, party of 5. The waitress was good to a point. When the check came she put it on the table and left, she was back in less than 3 minutes and picked up the check and said i need to close this out because I need the table. We hadn't put the credit card down yet. Nice place to go unless you want to relax and enjoy the dinner without being rushed

A very dear friend invited me to lunch today, and I am so glad she did! Everything was wonderful! Her steak was SO tender and full of flavor! My fried shrimp were perfect! Not overcooked at all, and the "breading" couldn't have been better! The baked potatoes were just right, and I think we could have shared one! Very nicely prepared! And I love a fresh salad....this was it!
I will be returning to the Arrowhead location again soon.....and my husband will LOVE it!

We were seated right away. Our server was great. I didn't catch his name. The blackberry tea cocktail was strong and very tasty. The steak and prime rib were a bit too salty for my taste. The chocolate cake was delicious. All around great evening at black Angus

They were busy for valentine's day so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The food did take an hour and 7 minutes. Our waitress was nice and had kept our drinks full.my prime rib was not hot, just luke warm. My husband enjoyed his filet mignon. My sister in law asked for a loaded baked potato and they gave her butter & chives. My brother asked for iced tea and the waitress brought him pepsi. She didnt correct the issue either. I dont think I would go back to this location but I'd give the restaurant another chance.

1st time to this location. They use all covid protocals. Very clean. Tons of parking and well lit. Higher end menu. Big portions and a lot of food. Easy menu. The have a nice big bar with T.V. Very comfortable booths. Service is consistent. Kid friendly. Very highly recommended. Very good food and will fill you up.
