One of my favorite burger places in Lubbock. Burgers taste phenomenal here and the fries, onion rings are amazing. Very fun place to go with friends. I would recommend if you like burgers.

Enjoy their burgers a lot. highly recommend you get an extra patty for only $2.00 more. The milkshakes are made with Blue Bell ice cream. Great Place

Took the kiddos out the burgers were good and of course the fries and onions rings are always spot on but got the chicken fry steak and was not very tasty and kind hard to even cut... little gravy

We were served 2 raw burgers, took it back up to front and the guy was nice about it, re made them. The new ones were just as raw. No follow up, staff was not welcoming. Management should step up in a big way here.

Had the chicken fried steak, plate was full of food primarily French fries, steak was hot and tender. Would have preferred more of the cream gravy but overall a very good meal.

Great food! From the burgers, to a delicious protein plate, and the salads arr amazing! They get very busy, but don't let that keep you out of the parking lot. They have good service as well.

I've been here plenty of times. The mornings alone would be 5 stars but every time we come at night it's been an issue. A couple months ago I came here around 730 with my kids had simple meals. I was number 50. By the time I got my food 84 was getting theirs. I went to the counter to get my food and it had been sitting there minus the cheese fries. My shake was watered down. Food was cold. Felt like I was the issue and it was their fault. Earlier tonight my wife placed a order and the girl who took the order had a attitude and was very short/ unfriendly. When I get to pick up the order I sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes before I pulled up and just got off to get it myself. When I get inside I tell her my order and she seems bother as if I didn't try the Togo window. We usually dine in during lunch time and never have had issues so I'd give them 5 stars but lowered it because of night issues. I guess the management runs different at night.
