I was hopeful about this place because the reviews are actually decent for some reason, but it absolutely did not live up to an average 4-star review. The food was only okay, and everything else was extremely underwhelming. It is in a sketchy part of town, the staff was not friendly, they don’t wait tables so you have to order at the counter, they only offer bottled drinks (even water and iced tea), and everything felt dirty. The front door also doesn’t close on its own so it is always cracked and the place feels like it doesn’t even have A/C. Would not recommend.
It was a quaint lil place..shame his help called in sick or I could have given 5 stars..he was over whelmed.but all in all a good Father's day breakfast

This place is really good. Always consistent great food when I visit. I’ve never seen it too packed or a line out the door like other brunch spots close to here. Maybe I shouldn’t be leaving this review so this place can stay Lo key but it’s too good to not review. Stop here for some good food but not if you’re looking for some thrills.

Was extremely let down by the food, especially after waiting 20min to get seated. The eggs Benedict was average but the plating was poor, the "salad" they served on my plate looked as if it was flattened or something was placed on top of it. Chicken and waffles was also another let down, waffle was good but the chicken was such a small portion and very dry. Definitely not expected from the pictures.
The coffee was amazing, and so was the service but the food itself could definitely use some work.

This place is a MUST STOP for any brunch-ers or breakfast lovers. Any of the pancakes are to die for. Very rich and flavorful. Apple pancakes were our favorite but the tiramisu were very good as well!! Friendly service and fresh food.

This place of business/establishment is so cheap scape to me. First no waitress you have to go to the counter to order. They serve no fountain drinks only bottles of water. They use paper plates, also cheap plastic folks. Chicken wings are big as hell fried hard as hell. Pancake was hard. I just hated everything about it. No waitress! Food was cold pancakes also waffle! I would never ever go back their. Folk broke while eating pancakes. Y’all don’t waste your money going.
I understand you try to budget but no this is just
To cheap. They want all the extra money. I didn’t even leave a tip. Why? We didn’t have a Waitress. No one came
Checked on us to ask how was the food. One person at the counter. Y’all I wish I could of took a picture of the food. Please don’t waste your time!

Amazing food! The portions were huge, the pancakes were super fluffy and delicious, and so was everything else. It gave me "small hometown restaurant" nostalgic vibes!! I'd definitely eat there again.

This place is a gem in the Houston area! Delicious food and good service.
The variety of pastries look fresh.
We ordered an Apple Pecan Pancake. It was very soft and fluffy. It had some kind of dry sugar with a grainy texture on top that made it delicious. The apples on top were sweet and tasty.
The banana bread tasted homemade with a strong banana flavor. I would've like it with more walnuts in it though. Also it was too chunky I prefer a smaller slice.
The omelet was well made and it was a good quantity of ingredients in it. I had ham, cheddar cheese, diced onions, green pepper and tomatoes. You may choose the ingredients you want from the variety they have.
The omelet and the Apple Pecan Pancakes were my favorite thing.
There wasn't a line like in every other breakfast place I've been lately. And the food came out pretty quickly.
I fully recommend this restaurant.
