If you’re looking for upscale and expensive, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for well made, delicious and reasonably priced Italian comfort food, this is your place. Always great service, and always consistently fresh. My son orders the ravioli, which he loves. I tend more towards the lasagna, sometimes the pizza. He can be a very picky eater (he hates the food at Nino’s for example) but he always loves it when we come here. Friendly staff always.
Yummy ???? food great cake and outdoor seating. Manager is super nice everytime I bring in airbnb group that love midtown. The food is fabulous and sweet cakes are overwhelmingly delicious ????. Park in back and walk around to front easy

Ordered through DoorDash. Added extra items to the salad, some of the items were added some were not. Was hoping for hot fresh chicken that was not the case, chicken was dry as could be.

Customer service deserves less than 1 star at this location. I used to be a customer and will not be going back.
Not only the order came out wrong twice but the cashier Nubia, was unapologetic, rude and had the worst attitude I've encountered at a restaurant.
First incident I told the cashier that one of the 3 ingredients was missing (after waiting for 15 mins) she rolled her eyes and didn't' say anything. Then took the pizza and told the cook to add the missing ingredient and went back to txting. I've worked in restaurants before and I don't expect people to be happy and smiling at all times but I do expect at least politeness. That time I let it go, didn't say anything and waited another 10mins for them to fix it.
Second time, I ordered the same pizza (3 ingredients) and this time it literally had 2 small pieces of chicken THROWN there and onions all bunched up at center. I told the cashier -Nubia- and the response was "I can see a piece here and there, what else do you want?" I requested a refund because I was too annoyed and had already waited 15+ mins. She didn't offer an apology or to add the missing items. Instead, she gave me back the money, sarcastically smiled and said I could go somewhere else if I wanted to.
Next day I came to talk to a manager and was told by one of the employees that the cashier was the manager and that "they didn't know if there will be anyone else to talk to" that day or the next.
I would recommend anyone to stay away from this place and save themselves the bother. Too many other options around the area with better options and friendlier staff.

Ordered pizza through the website.
It has a scheduled delivery....we scheduled our pizza and paid.
The pizza arrived an hour after it was supposed to. Throughout this hour we called the location to inquire about our pizza and we were simply told it was on the way.
Why support scheduled deliveries if you deliver an hour after the scheduled time?

I don’t know who said this was a good place to eat. I literally have been nauseated all day. I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo and it was just beyond watery and the chicken tasted like it had been dried up for days. I love Russos but not this one! Then the girl in the front was miserable and hated her job. The guy putting out plates was better then her. The soda machine was dirty and filled with ice on the rack. Just the worst experience imaginable from this place.

Such an amazing and delicious menu, fun staff, great atmosphere and of course WOW...such good pizza. For the same amount we could have paid for cheap sub par pizza we got some lovely wine and two absolutely amazing gourmet pies. Oh and if your kid loves pizza they'll get a kick out of the giant cheese slices!

I had to drop this from 5 stars to 3 Stars since latest visit had such different results. Pizza toppings so scarce they were almost non existent. If you count the Beef crumble it was only 4 pieces. Crust was kind of greasy and tuff. Barely enough onion to total a whole onion slice. Strawberry Margarita was ok. Now I don't want to send people here because I'm afraid they'll get what I got. Bummer. Friendly service though.

I asked for extra mushrooms, as you can see in my pictures, there were 5 tiny pieces of mushroom.
Asked for a crunchy crust, and they went full Monty, totally burnt it to a bitter taste.
*Also, Be aware, there is no parking spots around the restaurant, for a pickup it was a torture, I had to drive around the area for 20 minutes, until I called and begged them to bring the cold pizza out.

Kale krust pizza that’s delicious is all I have to say about the new pizza you can order. I recommend any of their pizzas. The cauliflower comes out how and crispy. You can end you meal with dessert. They make a great chocolate cake and cheesecake. If you’re going with a group of friends they have plenty of appetizers you can try too. Oh, and don’t forget about the pasta it’s very filling. They have a butternut squash dish that will make you order one to go. It’s right spacious on the inside with a patio in front for patrons who want to sit outside or enjoy eating with their pets.
