The restaurant in the hotel (Edgar's) had decent food at somewhat reasonable prices. Guilty pleasure was the short rib grilled cheese sandwich. The gentleman behind the bar was super friendly too. Surprisingly empty during my stay but maybe I missed the rush. Will be back!

The food was sooo tasty and service was great. Even though what I had was a salad, it was fantastic and so fulfilling. The meal was not too heavy yet filling. Service was awesome! It is nice to go into an establishment and have great service. I would highly recommend. If you're staying at the Whitehall, you don't have to go far for food. This establishment is on the second floor. You have the option of using the spiral stairwell or the elevator. You won't be disappointed.

Went for lunch and my Cajun chicken pasta was really good. On weekdays, you order at the counter, and the team brings it to your table.

The Banh Mi was not good at all. The chicken was dry for one. Then the pickled veggies were the smallest ever. On top of that, it didnt come with cilantro on it and wasn't bothered to be told. We had to ask the server who asked the chef and the chef was like meh we don't have it. So there was no telling of us which is not great service from the kitchen. Our waiter was decent. Definitely could have checked in a lot more for we were the only ones sitting down at a table, and it wasnt busy at all. Would not recommend this place at all.

Finding it was tricky because it is on the 2nd floor of the Whitehall hotel but the concierge pointed us in the right direction. Service was great. It was quiet but the food was good and hot. The portions were large for us Brits so we didn't manage to finish our two courses so bring your appetite!

This was a fantastic experience. The Edgar's fried chicken was the best fried chicken I have ever had. It was fried but juicy and the sauce mmmm... Was excellent. My wife tried their enchiladas, they were delicious too. The highlight was their tresleches dessert, it was one of the best I have had.. yummy... The waiter was amazing and it was one if the best restaurants I have had lunch at...

I'm basing this review off of a single brisket slider I had here during the "Football Food Crawl" the week of the Superbowl where various restaurants offered free samples. I thought the brisket was dry and the sandwich was just... not very good.

Very chic design, hidden inside the Whitehall Hotel. Menu and restaurant design really well done.

A friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant at lunch on a Saturday.
Food was good, I had the fried chicken entree. The chicken was very tender and crisp skin. It's served alongside veggie enchiladas, and frankly the name of the entree is a bit of a misnomer as there is more enchiladas on the plate than chicken. We also shared the veggie quesadillas at recommendation of server, the tortillas were phenomenal.

It is very much a "restaurant in a hotel" - I'll be curious if it can attract customers that are not already staying in the hotel.
