This is Chili's. I don't know why it misleads the consumer. Ordered boneless garlic parm. Wings looked like they were fried twice. Overcooked and tasted old. Could not detect any flavor on them. The curly fries were better than the "wings." Will not order again as I wasn't able to eat them.To-go employee was very nice. Disappointing on the quality of food.

Ordered and paid for a takeout order from the website. Found the restaurant was closed and a sign on the door that said they close at 3pm but no indication of the modified hours on the website.

This place is not worth it. I ordered the garlic Parmesan wings and there’s literally no sauce on my wings. The pictures are very misleading. Also, my food arrived cold an hour and a half later for only an 8 piece wing combo. Lastly, my entire order was highlighted on the receipt and they failed to include my additional dipping sauce and of course SAUCE ON MY WINGS! Will not try again!

Very disappointing that I have been coming here for years and the food is always good but due to there never being waitresses..they close down all the sectios or even close because they dont have staff. Management should get involved or people would just stop coming because of the long waits. This chilis needs to improve seriously.

Tonight I had a $30 order, I ended up having to drive to meet the dasher, and once I got home and checked my order, I had missing wings. To me, this is not acceptable! I pay a lot for dang chicken wings, and the order should be correct. And these restaurant workers think they are worth $15 an hour, I think not.... Getting food orders correct is not quantum physics! Get on your job, and get off your phones!

THE WORSE EVER! The wings were not cooked well, sauce was disgusting, and the Fries were cold and soggy! I wanted to try a new place to eat and I’m so disappointed because I’ve literally wasted my money. Save yourself the disappointment and Don’t purchase this mess!
